It's just too hard:
40-50%C, 25-30%F, 30-35%P, one day a week low carbs or even 36 hrs of fasting some weeks, 4k-4k5 kcals to maintain weight or slight gains, diet is perfect, 10% tops from "bad foods". 86kilos. 8-9 hours of sleep.
40 mins of running or HIIT in the bycicle Monday-Friday, drills and sprints on Sunday for around 1 hour. Increasing the running amount every week.
Lifting as much as i can handle, around 4,5hrs a week. About to start a 5x5 for bench, squat, dlift, mpress, bb row and weighted pullups next week, with few accessories.
1+ hour of boxing Monday-Friday, and the wildcard: sparrings here and there which fatigues me the most.
Also, now that we are at it, i would like to know when is the best time for a steroid cycle, when you are working towards general strength, max strenth, power, or even speed? considering you only want to cycle for a couple of months and hence can't train everything while on cycle.
