I would like to be leaner too, but it's winter time and now's the time put on size. I'll also be on 10ius ED which should jack my IGF-1 to nearly 800, so that BETTER do something for recompping. Also, we are implementing some cardio if necessary to make sure I stave off any fat that is creeping up. Besides, if I put a ton of muscle on, it should help recomp on its own, and when this bulk is over, I'll have Tren E, Test, Primo and t3 to run.

I would love to share the info, but he's doing me a favor and I'm not gonna give out his methods for free; defeats the point of building a business lol.
Caloric intake and macros aren’t exactly proprietary information. We’re not reinventing the thermodynamic wheel. BMR+500-1000, much more than that and you’ll accumulate fat, regardless of the drugs. I know, I’ve done it. Either way, nice that you’ve shoved your chips in. Good luck.

Your gooch seems itchy, scratch it

Starting week six today:

> Weighed 232.6 this am
> Still no sides.
> Pee pee still works, although ZERO "sex drive" or thinking about sex constantly as if I were on test/tren.
> Since stopping t3, I haven't noticed any negative sides or increased fat gain, so I guess I'm good.
> All lifts have increased

> Coach is ramping up the food
> GH is on its way to be implemented at 10ius ED
> Doing intra-workout nutrition
> Flirting with the idea to add Anadrol, however, I wanted to keep this deca only experiment, but at he same time, I should maximize this time while I have a coach; I may ramp deca to 1.5 grams a week if I don't add drol, but may also change nothing and stick to the plan — the 10ius of GH is already a curve ball.

You are gonna just throw 10 IU of GH at your cycle?? No ramp up?? That seems like a 100% chance of bad side effects...

From what I read most guys start at 2 IU, and sometimes even that causes sides. They do that for 4 weeks or so then move up to 3, then to 4. I would think it would take like a pretty long time to get to 10 IU.

I usually start with 3ius, then go to 5iu... I never get the sides people claim they get. I do five based on the fact it is half a bottle and easier to use. But yea, since I've been off for a while now I'll be working up to 10ius.

UPDATE:

Sorry guys, I will be adding pharm-grade Anadrol to this cycle, starting at 25mg, then working up to 50mg. Since I'm eating like a horse and really pushing myself during this bulk, I feel like I'd be missing out if I don't 'maximize' my drug usage. If I'm going to dedicate myself to my coach and the bulking plan (which I've never done before), might as well go all out.

Adding the GH will make a difference, but Drol, (which I have never done) will really make this worth while, not only that it is a potent drug, but will synergize with the Deca. I do have primo on the way as well, but I'm saving that for my cutting phase when this is over.

So this technically ruins the "deca only" experiment, but at the same time, not so much, since I've proven to myself that test is not necessary for a base. Again, this is week six and my dick still works, I'm not a bloated whale from "estrogen" (even though I'm eating like 4500 calories), and I feel completely fine mentally and physically.

Sounds good. I hope the anadrol doesn’t kill your appetite though. Do you have enough changes yet to start posting progress pictures?

I hope it doesn't either.

Nothing crazy to post yet, if anything, I just look fuller. The GH arrives friday, and I think drol Saturday...

Just got my 10 kits of GH today; drol is coming Monday.

I'm thinking about changing my split... I've been doing a "arnold split" for the last several months, because I actually enjoy going to the gym six-times a week, however, as I am getting stronger, I feel like I'm going to need to focus more on destroying each muscle, and lately I've been a bit more fatigued on the second half of the week, despite the upping in calories.

There is a split I learned from Doug Brignole that is pretty interesting:

Week 1: Back/Chest; Shoulders; Arms; Legs; Back/Chest; Shoulders; OFF
Week 2: Arms; Legs; Back/Chest; Shoulders; Arms; Legs; OFF.
Week 3 repeat week one; week 4 week 2, so everything "evens out" and each muscle takes a turn getting hit twice a week, then once a week.

Basically, it's still only one day off (Sunday) but at least you have five days between session, instead of four.

If I feel this isn't gonna give me the adequate rest, I will go back to a bro-split. Of course my OCD brain is already researching which is the "best" split, even though I know the answer is what is best for you lol. But I am curious, which splits do you guys run, and why?

It appears your lower body needs more work/attention than your upper body, why don’t you just always run your week 2 split? At least until your legs catch up some. I know most people don’t think legs are as fun, but you gotta know what your weaknesses are and have the moxie to attack them.

I love finding and destroying my weaknesses

My legs have improved doing the 2x a week; that inner abductor muscle is "new" lol. Legs are currently 27.5 inches, measured from that top part, so they aren't tiny. Calves even improved by 1/4 inch, now at 16.75.

But I'm starting to feel my knees a bit lately, and I'm never FULLY not sore when I get to the next workout, although it seems not to be an indicator of growth or performance, at least in some exercises.

I never meant to say you have tiny legs, I wouldn’t even consider them small, but it appears your upper body is quite a bit ahead of your legs.

Well yea, my Chest/back are my best groups lol... My arms could be bigger though...and my calve HAVE to get bigger.

Started GH today.

2.5iu in the AM, and doing 2.5 PWO; will titrate to 10ius over time.

Drol comes Monday; will start 25mg and work up to 50mg a day.

re: adequate rest/recovery, just start with a lower training volume and 1-1.5RIR and titrate your volume up to asses how much volume and intensity you can recover from with that split. You could also look at your exercise selection in terms of systemic fatigue and fatigue/stimulus ratio.

Yes I could.

However, I've already done the Back/Chest; Shoulders/Arms; Legs; REPEAT; OFF, which is less time between each muscle, and I've been doing if for well over 5 months now without any issue. Thing is, now that I'm getting stronger, and more energetic, I feel more inclined to do more sets and reps, and more weight.

Today I experimented doing way more volume so see how much of a tricep pump I could go; it was nuts. I realize I want to go back to bro-splits so I can really focus on killing each muscle group in one session rather than tackling 2-3.

I was researching and read that basically if volume is equated, 2x a week vs 1x a week saw virtually no significant difference. Moreover, more frequency benefits naturals who need to take advantage of that 48hr protein synthesis window, whereas we gear heads always have that ramped up. And personally, I rather rest more and be safe than overkill my joints. I do love going to gym 6x a week, but we grow when we aren't there; one rest day is simply not enough.

Why are you planning your own training? Did your mystery coach drop you already because of your unbelievable lack of commitment to stick with anything for longer than a split second?

No. He is doing the nutrition part, not the training part. I don't need help on training.

And don't worry about what I'm doing like some kind of woman on her period, because that's what you sound like lol.
