The Murph. How often do you do it and whats your best time?

My best time is 60 mins 28 seconds. I haven't done one since memorial day. This is with vest and plate

I plan to try for one a week and get my time down to high high 40s low 50s by may.

I am also a smoker so will have to kick that in order to reach this goal forsure. And probably the tren too lol. I'm going to do one tomorrow and see where I am at but will be good to kick that nasty smoking habit forsure.
 
Is this the thing where a chick shits on your face, and then you eat it all as fast as possible?
The workout: A 1-mile run, followed by 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 unweighted squats, followed by another 1-mile run. In its most elite form, athletes complete it while wearing a 20-pound weight vest, and they must do each set of calisthenics consecutively—all 100 pullups first, then the pushups, and so on.
 
How many weeks do I get to complete this and still pass?
As long as you need brother if you look it up they have work out regiems set up building up to this just to complete it one time a year on memorial day. I completeled last one in May at 60 and a few . One I tried yesterday didn't get it all done man. That's with 20 pound chest plate the pumps from the drol and tren immobilized me 3/4 way thru. going to have to do it pyramid training a few times before and prob lower my doses or atleast the tren and drop the drol until atleast I'm in the shape I need to be to get my 60 time again.

It's prob one of the hardest self pushing exercises iv ever done

I'm thinking one gear it's gonna have to be more of a slow I'd steady and steady is fast kinda thing so I have time to stay hydrated through cause going so hard just pumps every muscle in your body up fast . They your feeling like you can keep going but fuckin arms and legs won't bend lol

It looks very tough and hard. from reading I already want to be lazy) strength to you

Very real brother smoked green and brown leaf most my life lol iv quit a year here and there. When ever I feel like dropping it I do. Just always seem to pick it back up. Feeling it alot more on the cardio health then I used to. I boxed as a teen ager into my mid 20s smoked the whole time ran miles and miles no prob. Just over the last year been feeling the cardio effects more then before
