As long as you need brother if you look it up they have work out regiems set up building up to this just to complete it one time a year on memorial day. I completeled last one in May at 60 and a few . One I tried yesterday didn't get it all done man. That's with 20 pound chest plate the pumps from the drol and tren immobilized me 3/4 way thru. going to have to do it pyramid training a few times before and prob lower my doses or atleast the tren and drop the drol until atleast I'm in the shape I need to be to get my 60 time again.
It's prob one of the hardest self pushing exercises iv ever done
