Colonial not responding ?

colonial states in their website they won’t be back until February but said they could squeeze an email order from me and ship it today. So I ordered and did everything like normal and they confirmed they got the payment but when I ask if they sent the order out, they don’t respond. Anyone else have this issue? They are usually extremely quick to respond and now I’m kind of bummed that there is a chance either my order is going to be in limbo until February or I’m completely getting screwed out of the order.
 
I’m guessing you emailed the wrong person or went on a clone website because they definitely are not taking orders now and haven’t been for several weeks. Why would they accept one order from you, But not their other customers on SST that have been begging them to come back from vacation early? That makes zero sense. They definitely aren’t exit scamming because all their orders prior to their vacation were fulfilled, Including my order which was just a few days before they closed for vacation. I’m guessing you went on a clone website or emailed the wrong person with a similar email address and they scammed you.

Given that the screenshot shows you emailed them yesterday, are you concerned about no tracking after just <24 hours?

No I’m concerned that I got no shipping confirmation like I normally do. That is their correct email. They normally sent the confirmation that packages are going into shipping. I’m also concerned they’re not responding at all now
 
Brother….If they did go out of their way to send you a pack while their on vacation 3 days before Christmas. I’d give it a little longer before you start having a cow. It’s the busiest time of the year for USPS and this vendor is trying to help you out on their personal time, Mere days before Christmas. Chill a bit longer than 24hrs.

Yeah you’re right, they did help
Me out and been using them for a long time now , and last Christmas they were on point so maybe I’m just going based off of that.
 
I also ordered during their break, had no issues. Came in within 4 days. They're back online now anyways so you can email.
