My shoulders always suffer when I remove the barbell myself, as soon as I began to ask for help in removing the barbell on all pressing exercises, my shoulders became betterGive it a try again when you're up to it. I think these things are invaluable. Especially with wear and tear over the years. Gives me more confidence. Usually heavy benching or inclining on the negative part of the movement gives a lot of discomfort to the bicep tendon, but these totally eliminate it.
