Elite level and not every set is a working set. But ya, Milos loves his volume. I will say, he has Regan dialed in man and I think he will do some actually damage at the Olympia this year. He needed the coaching change 110%

Milos also loves his slin use.
Crazy volume. And I think he has his athletes train 2x a day, 6x a week lol.

I am sure that the change was good for him and there will be a result.

The secret in my opinion to recover from this type training is huge amounts of food and slin to drive the food.
He has done this with many pros and they looked great !
Kidney failure is a possibility tho .

Some of the beginning stuff was warmup and bloodflow. Then heavier dumbbell pressing to prep CNS for heavier loads and further warmup.
Being higher trained, you will have a capacity for higher workload. So it may seem like alot, especially to untrained. Even a novice doing this wouldn't be able to lift their arms the next day. It would be more detrimental.

Many half ass in the gym when they are capable of much more.

Milos does include a movement with heavier load, but favors metabolic fatigue. Also provides less potential for injury, and weight used is more irrelevant especially when prefatigued and shorter rest periods.
In an interview he mentioned recomping Regan. He also dropped his carbs to almost zero for a couple of days.
This type of training also gives good conditioning as well.
Milos is also very particular with Pre-Intra-Post nutrition timing. Actually, the whole day is planned by timing as well.
Inmates in prison use similar tactics.
Near failure, short rest period, push again near failure, short rest period, staying in the zone.

Research "effective reps". This leads to other areas to research.

This is one delt day, he might use another set of workout parameters for the next delt training session. It will for sure change over time.

If you have watched alot of Milos videos and interviews, you get an idea of what he is thinking and why he is doing what he is doing. What he does will also be tailored to the trainee of course.
