Nick Walker's Coach scoffs at "shortage" of primo / mast

Did you watch this? Kyle was talking about it from his end. Nick called him up while he was doing a podcast to fire him. Told him he didn't even like his look at Pittsburgh

I did. Pretty dick move.

I’ll say this. Nick has been very (perhaps too much so) open about his history of trauma. One of my past girlfriends was batshit crazy and I later learned she had a similar history (it’s terribly common). Terrible trust issues. Always accusing me of cheating and whatever else. It was hell. After some counseling I did a lot of research and came to find out that many people who have these pasts of sexual abuse develop something called borderline personality disorder. It basically means that in addition to lots of mood instability and other shit, they have a pattern of chronically unstable relationships. And it’s not just their romantic ones. Professional, friendships, etc. they’re usually hopping from job to job and end up having the same patterns repeat over and over in terms of how they interact with people. On the surface they can seem somewhat normal but when things get close (like in a coaching relationship) shit goes off the rails.

I have no idea if this applies to Nick but at the very least he can’t seem to hold on to any coaching relationship for very long and I think the issue there is between his ears. I hope he finds some peace and gets on with life. From a human perspective he seems to just be spinning his wheels. Not that there’s anything wrong with it but the guy is a top bodybuilder in the world and he lives at home with his parents and fires coaches every year. Something is off.

Oh yeah. I somehow found myself in two relationships just like that. It's rough
I had no idea Nick has had trauma in the past. I missed that part of his story. It explains a lot though

I had the same issue with my ex and she had dealt with sexual abuse. It played a big role in my addiction as it was a rollercoaster of emotions I couldn’t handle. She had severe BPD, thankfully I made it to the other side in one piece.

You need reactor vessels and explosion proof fume hoods and still gotta be able to source all the precursors. Starting from ground zero would take a massive operation.
I won't go into details (for two reasons: A) nobody here would comprehend them, B) it's a waste of my time)

But, if you wanted to start a lab operation producing steroids, most of them are a 2-3 step procedure from common API intermediates that don't require advanced equipment or controlled reagents.

A minimal equipment budget for glassware of ~$500 and a few $1,000's in API's + re-agents would be enough to manufacture a couple of kilos of whatever common steroid you like.

There's just not enough financial incentive unless you're producing at pharma scale and have licensed exports.

I really love this podcast - Kyle and Andrew put out some great content. In this recent clip, Kyle laughed off a listener question re: mast / primo shortages, saying he / his athletes have no issues getting what they need. I always did think that the top athletes had the best connections, likely private sources, etc. But in this market I still wonder where the F they are getting the raws from. There's plenty of mast P out there, though I find it hard to believe Nick Walker is using Mast P 100 / ml - he'd need a 5 cc syringe to get enough in him - especially since he apparently uses close to 1.5 grams of tren and god knows how much test.
I just can't believe there is Mast E to be had...

I appreciate how this coach seems to have all the answers — yet Nick ended up looking dreadful.

Furthermore, do you truly need Masteron and Primo just to get into proper condition?

Essentially, Winstrol does about ninety percent of the work on its own.

In fact, one could simply run Test and EQ until six weeks out, then switch to Test and Tren W for the final stretch, finishing on just W and SD. There’s really no necessity for either Primo or Masteron.

I agree - nothing special about primo other than it's far less toxic than tren. Nick did look good in Pittsburgh but they totally missed the peak at the O. And now Nick is in the market for yet another new coach. Kid is not right in the head.

Nick should give more time to his new coach.... You can't change them like underwear

Some of us keep underwear on esp if they don't smell or sweated up, in all seriousness

The podcast with Nicks ex coach Kyle, seems like Nick was good with him the day before, then something changed his mind, without any communication. If it's something I've learned if the other person isn't willing to communicate how they feel, and I know how Chris said be objective coaching but if the relationship is important and no communication of how you think about what's bothering you, then it will not work

All that said Nick s side of the story hasn't been mentioned

I have not seen anyone who is on any significant dose of AAS of any type who doesn't have their HDL lowered because of it. It seems to be pretty universal.

It’s easy enough to crush your LDL with meds that are free of side effects for the overwhelming majority. Pita / Ezetimibe will do it. Adding a Repatha bi-weekly or once a month injection even better if you can scheme your way into a prescription. Bempadoic acid, another favorite with bodybuilders is also free of acute sides for most, but very long term continuous use, it can weaken tendons by interfering with collagen synthesis.

Once LDL is low enough, <40, you’ve decoupled low HDL as a risk factor and can ignore it. (Though higher will enable plaque regression if you want to go for that. Pita prevents AAS from lowering HDL, even boosting it and improving its quality (ie its capacity to reverse transport lipids out of arteries).

In fact, get LDL low enough and you’ve decoupled *diet* as a risk factor for arteriosclerosis, so you’re free to eat high saturated fat foods without increasing risk (assuming they’re nutritious, not full of sugar and chemicals). Not that any cardiology guideline will ever mention being able to eat nicely marbled steak daily as a benefit of excellent pharmacological lipid control lol.

He also claims that you shouldnt mix different carrier oils because it causes issues like PIP, so i dont know how clued up he is on the specifics of AAS outside of the practical application for physique enhancement.

Just got bloodwork on 420 Test 350 primo 40 anavar with 4 mg pita and 10 ezetimibe had my LDL at 58

LDL 58, a number most preventative cardiologists would see and say “Get out of my office, my work is done here” and I can’t help thinking “it should be below 40” lol.

But I’m pretty sure once you’re off cycle you’ll be in the 20s, which is fantastic. Now just get a read on Lp(A) if you haven’t already, because >30 is a standalone risk you’ll want to lower into 20s, where there’s no risk difference from having near zero Lp(A).

Finally HS-CRP <1, or better yet <0.5 and you’ve eliminated every known cholesterol related health risk science is aware of.

Maintain those biomarkers and every year, instead of the risk of heart attack and stroke (and peripheral arterial disease, ischemic cognitive decline etc), increasing with age, which seems “normal”, it’ll move in the opposite direction, with risk going down as you age, a mind bending concept even for most doctors, but backed by solid evidence.

Didn’t pull LpA in this round but most recently it was 12. And yes I’m thinking once I drop the dht’s I can get under 40 LDL

It’s a matter of cumulative exposure, so by maintaining very low LDL off cycle, you can “afford” a few months of higher LDL on cycle without doing any damage. 58 is below the plaque accumulation threshold anyway, you’re just not removing plaque as quickly as you do at lower numbers.
