Something to raise hemoglobin

Any source in eu preferably uk for EQ, last stuff I got off here from titan labs was horrible no matter what pins I used or where I injected it caused severe pains and stopped me from training. Not saying it's their product but strange why it happened

Ideally I'd like epo but willing to try EQ again or any steroid for raising hemoglobin quick. Was thinking deca?

I'm currently on 400mg per week of test cypionate

What length needle are you using to pin and where? I’d personally go with test, primo and anadrol, I don’t see why you couldn’t use nandrolone as well.

Why would you choose those over deca? Iv never used either so not sure what they do

Epo, primo, anadrol.

I think anadrol is still prescribed for it. Look up the pharma dose of it though, not bodybuilder. My hgb went up 1 point each month on test so now I'm in mid range.

Thank you I'm trying to get EPO but it's not easy , there's one uk peptide supplier but not sure it's legit

Il look into anadrol

What number is it safe to raise too? Last cycle I did anavar and 400 test for 10 weeks and my Hematocrit goes up to 53. I was at 52 recently on trt 200 test and did a double red donation so I'm sure I lowered it a bunch. Kinda worried how this next cycle of 300 test a week.. 300 week primo.... and 50mg anavar is gonna raise it. May try to donate again in 4 weeks at red cross cause I can't donate again at carter for 90 days. Maybe I'm just worring too much since some try to raise rbc.I don't get any sides from it being higher and platelets are always in the middle of spec.

Different Dr's have different thresholds they are comfortable with.

Trt Dr's say donate at 54 and 56 is an upper limit. I was wondering what's the highest number guys are comfortable with an a 90 day cycle ? Since it may shoot up while on a blast. Mine hits 52 ish just on 200 trt every 60 days. What numbers do athletes on epo shoot for for performance?

There is a real good thread going on now about this...

Hematocrit is the measure of your red blood cell count in your blood. If you increase the amount of red blood cells you are increasing your hematocrit. The more red blood cells/hematocrit the more O2 gets moved to the cells and the more they can do in turns of work. You are confused that they are something different from one another but they are the same. It doesn't matter that your blood gets "thicker" that does not decrease blood flow anywhere unless you get so many red blood cells that your blood starts to be effectively a solid tissue and not a liquid anymore which is how 30yr old cyclist die of heart attacks. That's the danger of EPO if your not monitoring your hematocrit closely. Every percentage point you go over 50% for your hematocrit increases your risk of an untimely death. At first its a very small increase but gets worse as you get to 60%. There have been endurance athletes with 60% hematocrit apparently. If you get less endurance when your RBC goes up then your body doesn't work like any other animal on the planet or something else is going on that you just don't realize and your blaming it on the only bit of data you have.

Pay more attention to hgb. Hct can be altered by hydration

Still no answers. Lol. Was wondering at what numbers some would back out of a blast seeing? Lots of people like in Colorado with 56% hematocrit and high rbc.

They should look at hgb... I would say 20+ is definite range to back out.

I guess around 56 hct. But a dehydrated person with an hgb lf 17 could have an HCt of 56

Hemoglobin was 17.5
Hematocrit 53.1
This was pre cycle bloods 11/21 but then I donated a double red and I don't know how much it dropped. Started a cycle 300 test 300 primo a week and 50mg anavar a day last week.Trt of 200 a week got me to the pre blood work numbers donating every 60 days. Nov. Was the first double red donation ever. I hope it dropped my numbers alot. Planning on donating at another lab in 4 weeks. Just a regular donation.

It should have dropped your hgb by 1(typically). You definitely need to increase your hydration prior to next CBC

It's not hydration. I drink so much water sometimes it messes up some tests. Like once I got a low sodium result because of too much water. I drink water and piss non stop all day. I hear the double red donation drops you around 4 points. Cause they remove all the red cells and return the remaining blood components.

Your hematocrit should be 3 x your hemoglobin, if hematocrit it's higher it's dehydration but yours is about right

A normal blood donation will drop hemoglobin down roughly 1.5 to 2 points
And it will creep back up by 0.6 per 4 weeks but that is person dependent and you would have to test to see

As of yet there's nothing else to drop hgb down but there is a peptide called rusfertide in it's third phase of testing and could be approved ,it's. For people with polycythemia Vera which has the same effects high hemoglobin RBC and hematocrit

54 isn't bad but it might go higher and higher mine was 59.5 hematocrit and hgb was 19.5

Well. I guess you may be a little screwed then. May need to ride it out or go to a doctor for additional phlebotomy for symptom management
