Awful experience so far with TP, I ordered on Jan 18th, sent transaction ID, and TODAY, only after asking news about my shipping he told me “I don’t think we got this order, send me info”. EXCUSE ME, WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?

Because I paid in full, as always, but if TP didn’t processed the payment for whatever reason and I have to make the transaction again, today BTC value is around 38k, when I placed the order it was 42k. I hope I’ve explained that well.
That doesn't mean you were harmed. If the order total was $200, you sent $200 worth of BTC. Unless you're a "crypto investor" who holds onto BTC to use when it's at a higher value, you're not harmed.
I buy BTC when I need to buy gear, the price of the coin doesn't make a difference to someone who does that.

everything is relative. He's a veteran of the game. He offers good products but his service is a relic of an ancient time, it is terrible. Seems disorganized and apathetic after all these years.
It's fine for people to choose to tolerate it but if you compare him to other generic gh providers it's not even close. GoodLyfe and Opti make him look like an amateur in terms of service.
