Hello guys,

I’m getting ready to get my cycle in order and wanted to hear from you veterans any advice or tips for the following.

I’m 23 have a couple low dose cycle under my belt. First one was getting in slow see how I react and getting my virgin muscles used to pinning (250 test cyp for 12 weeks). I followed that with 4 week pct clomid 100eod & tamoxifen 50 everyday week one and two. Week 3 and 4 clomid 50 eod and 25 tamoxifen everyday. Felt great had put on 15 pounds which some was water and nitrogen retention. But over all gains and strength was ok. Diet and training were about 80% through this cycle. (bulking)

Second cycle was (400 test cyp and 50mg Anavar for 10 weeks)
followed that with 4 week pct clomid 100ed & tamoxifen 50 everyday week one and two. Week 3 and 4 clomid 50 ed and 25 tamoxifen everyday. Diet and training was at 100%. Got in the best shape Ive ever been in. (Cutting)

All this being said I did some mistakes first I started a cut after my first bulk and didn’t let my body take some time with the new muscle i built and being that Im 6’2 I need a lot more muscle for my frame. Second mistake was that for my second cycle I got my pct of a sarm/peptide website which I now know it was bunk. I ended up with some small gyno. Also since I had no real sourcing I got my gear through those new “trt/alternative medice” sites and prices were off the fucken roof. $320 for my first cycle and $450 for my second. I am now hoping to get a good ugl source.

My next cycle I thinking about
500 test sus
250-300 NPP
Frontloading or backloading anadrol.

I will be running some tamox and will keep some caber in hand.

Since I don’t have any previous experiences with neither npp or anadrol my question to all of you is.
What other things could I do to mitigate side from androl interaction with estrogen?
Have any of you experience any ed from npp? If so what did you do to combat that?
Would it be more beneficial to front or back load anadrol?
Lastly pct.. I was running hcg with my previous cycles but never used it in pct should I also include it or should I stay with clomid/nolva?

Thanks in advance!

In fact, they gave you good advice that you need to eat more. And not to add drugs is very competent advice.
Yes, diet is something that I keep close attention to. Currently at 205g protein 70g fats and 380g carbs. This is currently, I will continue with this on cycle, increasing by time as long as body fat isn’t getting too high.

Fine. development in terms of nutrition and quality of food and control of the percentage of fat is the right direction.

Protein is coming from beef, eggs and chicken.
Carbs are coming from rice, oats, and the little bit of vegetables. Fats are coming from the eggs, olive oil and avocado. Digestion is a big goal for me so I have cut out a lot of things. I keep it simple and easy to prep. All my meals are ready on Sunday to Wednesday then I prep Wednesday to Saturday. Water intake is at a gallon and a half I throw in some eaa/hydration complex here and there. Taking multivitamin, omega 3, k2/d3, magnesium, vitamin c, and turmeric.

advice on MG for dianabol im going to be running it im 400mg of test a week.
so what's a good mg for d bol for someone that's never done it and wants to have a good experience with it?
Dianabol - Steroids Profile

Take a look at that article. I’ve personally never ran dianabol. But I wouldn’t plan in taking it because it just seem a bit redundant to use a aromatizing compound on top of test. I would run something more anabolic or adrogenic. I personally really liked anavar great clean gains and good boost in strength. Very little side effects except for some hair thinning.

Everything I read is relevant. I do not think that it is worth considering the protein from vegetable food, it is defective. And now an approximate typical daily diet of yours looks like, I would like to see.

Anavar is an excellent drug in combination with test. And he is very good at showing such qualities as strength and stiffness of the muscles.

Meal 2-120g Oats
Meal 3- 120g Rice, 8oz Beef
Meal 4- 120g Rice, 8oz Beef
Post workout-1 scoop Protein
Meal 5- 120g Rice, 6oz Chicken,2 tbsp olive oil

Im not counting vegetables since I’m not cutting. I also dont count eaa or 50% less sugar ketchup that I put on eggs.

thanks for the detailed description. But I don't think you have enough fat. How much is your own weight now?

I would recommend 1-1.3 grams of fat per kilogram of body weight. and would try to take 40% animal fat, and 60% vegetable fat.
I was taking 90g of fat in the past and it was slowing my digestion to much it would interfere with my workout. I’ll try it out again and maybe plan more fats in my first and last meal.

Fine. I'm waiting for details. My advice will help you.
Update. Things have been going good. Been seeing a bit more fullness sustained throughout the week.

I have encountered one thing which I don’t know if it’s associated with my diet.

My gyno has been lactating thought out the day. I have blood work coming up this Thursday. To see how high my prolactin is. Need to figure out whats causing this before I start my cycle end of March.
