Good evening folks I have yet another question for you wise men, I’m eating 4,000 cals/day training 5 days a week my two off days are on work days
(10,000-15,000+ steps) and 3 of my biggest training days are on days I do not work and don’t spend much energy other than lifting.I should still eat 4,000 on those two off days right? Or no? Or should I eat more on my weekend training days?

Sounds like you're getting some form of exercise 7 days a week. i personally would stay consistent throughout unless i began to see unfavorable results in the mirror. At which point i would consider tinkering with it.

My opinion is also that it is necessary to leave the same number of kcal. After all, we do not grow and progress in the gym or during physical exertion. How do we eat and recover? In addition, the guys say that if the reflection in the mirror changes for the worse, then you will change the amount of food.

as thoughts. I tried flexible diets several times, when, depending on the load, I reduced or increased the number of kcal and every day it was different, but as a result, a stable amount of kcal per day works for me. It doesn't matter whether I train or not, I keep one kcal. All this of course within a certain stage.

Are you trying to gain weight? Lose weight? Maintain?

What is your BF%?

If anything I would maybe drop some carbs on the days you don’t train.
