When I was younger, my best results in the three exercises of squat, bench press and deadlift were 260-180-270 kilos. Then there were many life circumstances, including injuries, a change of residence, and now covid. I would like to enter the training mode again. And of course, to establish a diet, otherwise I eat all tasty and fatty foods against the background of the disease.
