Any advices for newbee?

Hello. Thank you, it will definitely work out.
When I was younger, my best results in the three exercises of squat, bench press and deadlift were 260-180-270 kilos. Then there were many life circumstances, including injuries, a change of residence, and now covid. I would like to enter the training mode again. And of course, to establish a diet, otherwise I eat all tasty and fatty foods against the background of the disease.
Mate, i beleive that you will figure out everything!
BTW, "squat, bench press and deadlift were 260-180-270 kilos"
Sounds fking insane for me!
Keep it up mate :)

Kinda same, but because of my work, i eat like this everyday..

That's what everyone wants, but you need to choose a priority, then there will be something to start from.

Hello, sir!

I would disagree because right now guy needs to start - that's the main goal.
He will understand after, listening to his body and mind - should he lift like a monster or have a satisfying aesthetics in the mirror... first steps on both options would be almost the same... isn't it?

I agree that the first steps are really very close, but a person should at least have an idea of what he wants from himself in the first place. I once had some ideals of who I want to become.

The Path of Strength, or Powerlifting, begins by learning the technical aspects of the squat, bench press, and deadlift in the specifics of powerlifting. If we are talking about hypertrophy, then the technique of squats, deadlifts and bench presses is different.

in general, you're right, but I believe there are two types of techniques for each exercise - correct one and traumatic ones.

With the right technique, it lifts more, is safer, and easier.
But in an attempt to isolate some exotic bundle of muscle, people turn the exercise into a circus act, film it on TikTok, and get injured behind the scenes.

And for strength training general physical... will be squat, deadlift, benchpress and pull-ups (overhead press...hm... maybe).
For the newbie's progress, it will be enough - in my opinion.

beginners, after reading fit-crap on the internet, are always trying to find a "secret exercise that will explode their muscles".
As a rule, the only thing they will find is injuries and surprised looks of gym buddies.

it's my personal opinion, and advice for FuckingRedPanda

Everything is right. And of course there is no magic exercise or miraculous training system.

You say you don't know if you want to do powerlifting and then you send a picture of the body you want to get. What do you want from training in the gym?
Hi!
I mean that powerlifting isnt about aesthetic boddy (i night be wrong, but everything and everyone i saw was fucking insanely overbuilded.
I shared the pic, to show what i want to see (not my big sh*t belly).

I mean i want to look in the mirror and dont have myself because of how i look like. Since i have work where i always sit (sometimes more than 10hrs), i used this as excuse not to go in gym (i just understood it).

So yes, i just want to upgrade my body just to start respect myself.

Finding a coach is an important step. My congratulations.
Powerlifting seems to me no more dangerous than other types of iron sports, if you train correctly.

Young Lad! I can give you a bit of advice, but the trainer is a guy who makes a huge work. Observing and assessing your every rep and making the conclusions for further training.

I can give you a start - make 700 push-ups and 700 sit-ups the first week... then increase every week. and take a day for rest in between

that was the first fitness advice I get when I was an overweight kid. and it works even now.
