Lagging hamstrings

I have had shit hamstrings for a long time until recently. What has worked for me to finally have an iota of hamstring is the westside inverse hamstring curl and banded prone hamstring curls. Also, squats have helped I believe too, but you have to actually hinge your hips in the squat, otherwise it won't activate your hamstrings.

O yea, and I can actually do glute/ham raises now, unassisted, which is new to me.

+1
I'm a big believer in heavy exercises for big muscle groups. It has worked well for me.
But the coaches at Sika Strength swears by nordic falls, or hamstring raises for hamstring development.
The problem with heavy movers like stiff DL is they're so "neural". I can't just go nuts or my PL programming suffers.

Very wise words, it seems to me to work well.
