Well, i skipped few days, because of family days, work. But i did like 70 push up each morning and evening (35/35), same with sit-ups but 60 (30/30).Keep us updated.

Also im trying to eat healthy food.. but sometimes i just want to eat candy or fkin@ nutella... this is the hardest part for me.. i love food, but my body hate it :'D

To begin with, I replaced everything sweet with complex carbohydrates and vegetables. And it works.
Yes. certainly as a source of fiber, but other things being equal, they have more kcal. Maybe just give a chance to vegetables, somehow cook them deliciously.huh... i hate vegetables but im trying to eat it.
