Any advices for newbee?

Keep us updated.
Well, i skipped few days, because of family days, work. But i did like 70 push up each morning and evening (35/35), same with sit-ups but 60 (30/30).
Today will go in gym.
Also im trying to eat healthy food.. but sometimes i just want to eat candy or fkin@ nutella... this is the hardest part for me.. i love food, but my body hate it :'D

Great, you can do it. OOO, food and sweets. I used to like bread so much, but over time I got used to it and can safely refuse.
 
For example, eat vegetables. It works well. In fact, we tend to eat more sweets when we are very hungry.
To begin with, I replaced everything sweet with complex carbohydrates and vegetables. And it works.
huh... i hate vegetables but im trying to eat it.
Also i heard that fruits are good too, is its true?

Yeh, i like it, but you know, sometimes i like to go by my self.
Hard rock in headphone on full volume gives me second breath..

I will post pics soon, but i don't have pics before, so there will be fresh pics of my current body statement..

Music in training is akin to doping - it can make any workout good.
