Best adjustable bench for home gym

Can somebody recommend a good quality adjustable bench that is no more than $500? Ideally somewhere around $300-$500. I am looking for something to use as a flat and incline bench (decline is not necessary). I have a newborn so going to the gym is becoming harder so I would like to have a plan B for when I am at home.
The only exercises I would use it for would be 1) flat barbell bench press 2) incline dumbbell bench press 3) alternating incline dumbbell curl 4) high incline dumbbell press 5) lying barbell triceps extensions 6) one-arm dumbbell rows

I bought one called steelbody, it is good its wide and reall sterdy it was 150$. Then marcy pro one that is thinner but 3 inches higher iff the ground then steelbody one, it came with my matcy pto system rack and cable home gym.

Don't forget you'll need plates too. Which add up fast. I get the Dicks Sporting Goods ones. Last time I bought pltates (last year) they were the only ones that hadn't raised the price since covid. Even then they're generally $1 per pound. I was seeing other people/stores trying to charge up to $100 for a single plate. Fuck that!

They have great prices, I also took from them at good prices

Dick's sporting goods is having a flash sale with a bunch of shit. Weights, squat racks, plates, a bench, various things. Take a gander. I would post the link I have but it has my customer key embedded in it :(

If you go to their site though you can look at the category you want, then scroll down on the left side to filter the items that are on sale only. A lot of them are 50% off!

And how good and high-quality is it in your opinion?
It's solid to me. I like that I can fold it up all up and save space. It's light. Has good weight capacity. I'm about 210rn and have benched 305 on it. I have also used it for squat box(bit high again for most) but it held me and 400lbs+ on my back.

As a result, I bought several pairs of weights of different weights for myself.

Great, great. I'll have to check it out and maybe buy one for myself.

How is the back rest? I was going to order that foldable flybird but I saw a few reviews that said their head couldn't rest on the bench when in incline or decline. I'm 6ft but more legs than trunk so i think it could work but thought I'd ask.

I'm 511 and I have plenty of room.
I will say longer legs are better for this bench as it's slightly taller and some people I have workout with me need a thick 25 under each foot or even two 2x4 stacked lol

That works for me. I'm going to go ahead and pick one up. It's the last piece of equipment I need for my home setup. Thanks for the advice!
