Tired all the time.

What's everyone's go to pick me up during the day? Every day I feel like I could sleep another 8 hours no matter how good I sleep or how my diet is I feel the same.

All I ever want to do on my days off work is sleep and have a chilled day.

Haven't been on a cycle for around 4 years now and have had my bloods done recently and my e2 is below normal.
My test and free test are just above the bottom end range, would the way I feel have anything to do with this?

I've felt like this for a long time now and it's now affecting my everyday life and now living on caffeine to make it through a normal day.

So it might be worth getting the blood tests right. How about your thyroid gland?
I think it is necessary not to engage in coffee, but to undergo a complete medical examination.

These tests wasn't taken because of feeling tired constantly. I took these to see where my hormones was at.

I know my e2 is low and people have said that it shouldn't cause any issues but my joints would like to argue that, so I'm thinking is my tiredness from crashed e2 aswell as the joint pain.

Will look into getting my thyroid tested to see what that's looking like too!

I think that your low e2 could be A possible cause of your lethargy. I would get it back into acceptable range and reevaluate.

I'm looking into ways at bumping the e2 up. Any recommendations ?

Have been looking at running a test/var/npp recomp cycle but tempted to change the var for dbol as I know dbol shoots your e2 levels up.

Great plan keep up to date. And good luck to you.

Some nights it's broken some nights I sleep a good 9 hours but I can have a week off really good sleep and still feel the same so not sure if it can be put down to sleep?
This may or may not apply to you, but I know that if I eat a bunch of sugar or highly processed high carb foods within a couple of hours of going to bed, that I always feel like shit the next day, like I literally feel hungover.

Look up auto-brewery syndrome. I am not saying that you or I have it, but I am saying that the body is capable of turning sugars and carbs into alcohol, and I think sometimes this is a factor.

Again, this may not apply to you in the slightest, it's just a thought that crossed my mind while reading your thread.

By the way, I also noticed that if you eat excessively simple carbohydrates at night, then your sleep suffers and the next day you feel unwell.

Hello, sir!

I would pay more attention to such aspects as hematocrit, iron, B vitamins(b12 and b6 especially), and blood pressure.

Have you been checked for Sleep Apnea? Very serious, but you won't even know its happening. A CPAP sleep machine saved my life literally and also gave me loads of energy
