Hello

Thanks to Nordic for filling in for me while I was away. This is Sponge. I was in the hospital for a couple months and then had to move unexpectedly. I feel better, thanks for your concern but trying to get a place to live with a dog is almost impossible in my part of the country. So now I'm in an entertaining building that reminds me of a young version of Coronation street. People walking around with drinks in their hands stopping in to say hi. I don't drink but I do enjoy the ganja. Fully endorsed by 6x Mr O Dorian Yates.

Sorry brother. I just noticed the spelling error. As long as you can spell it we are ok. I normally use ProtonMail. Nordic is a busy man. I've been the rep for a number of months under a different user name. See previous threads. I have years of experience, education and self proclaimed Sponge of all things AAS. Now that I'm back you will see more of me. I have helped many of you already via ProtonMail. Good question. Sorry for any confusion

Sorry guys. I didn't know he started his own thread. I thought he was going to continue in the nordic one I had. He is going to run meso through this thread I guess. I never come on here anymore. Think maybe 5x in 5 months. So its makes more sense to have someone else tend to it here.
