Problem is, if you're a typical couch potato, your body isn't used to lifting hard and you don't have basic lifting technique. It's very difficult for you to lift effectively to get the most out of the gear.

You could try to retain your fat and get bigger, big and fat, some people think that's a good look. Everyone from security guards to powerlifters. Load up on test, NPP and anadrol and you'll get big and fat in 12 weeks.

You could lean out, without putting on muscles, just holding onto what you have. Don't need much steroids for that. That's what I recommend. But it won't make you look like Andrei Deiu in 3 months. Only way to look like Deiu in 3 months is a massive amount of LSD every day, which is relatively cheap. It's not guaranteed results, but you have a chance.

In the end, most men make our own decisions. You make yours. Then you got to stand up for the outcome, which most likely will be a fuck-up. Then you learn and do it better the second time. Or you just give up.

Recomp is the hardest thing to achieve. It's slow, as you can't be in a steep calorie deficit. So that's like loosing a pound of fat in a two weeks time. Or maybe even less. A nother thing regarding a recomp, you need high dosages of aas. Especially high dosages of aas that shine at nutrient partitioning. DHB and primo, for example, and off course; tren. Now, there is nothing particularly magical about tren, a medium dose of DHB or primo, would achieve the same thing with far less side effects. A good option is off course a combination of primo with tren at a lower dosage.

Now, I know nobody wanted to talk to you seriously, so maybe this is why you have been so dismissive towards everybody's opinion, so let me talk to you like I would to any other forum member who is older and more experienced in lifting but hasn't done aas yet ...

Fact of the matter is that aas aren't a magic pill. Novices get really dissapointed with the results, if they aren't lean already. Using aas for fat loss is mostly there to preserve muscle mass or to recomp and not speed up the fat loss process per-se. There is a limited amount of fat you can loose in a given time frame and aas wont help in extending that number, they will help in persevering muscle mass and will help in not storing fat from the foods that you've eaten as they are nutrient partitioners; this means that they preferentially store excess energy in the muscles and not fat. They do bost the metabolism a bit, so they do increase your resting metabolic rate, but this doesn't amount to that much. Tren is a particularly good nutrient partitioner, and that's it. But so is dhb for instance or superdrol and primo, just a bit less. Oh, off course, the final thing that aas help with is energy. You have more of it on a cut then without.

So if the only thing that you are using is anabolics and you aimed to do a cut, not a recomp (although, with a good amount of aas it's hard to not gain any muscle mass) you still most likely wont be shredded in 4 months time. You will be probably half way to your goal. What you are trying to achieve is rapid fat loss and there are protocols on how to do that. And you don't need obscene amount of aas to do it. GH coupled with other supps and peps like Mots-c, 5 amino 1MQ, alcar or injectable carnitine, a2a antagonists (yohimbine), T3, albuterol, coupled with a smart diet / training protocol like fasted cardio with GH and probably a ketogenic diet as if your goal is rapid fat loss you probably will be in some sort of ketosis anyway.

So, what I'm saying is this: if your goal is a recomp like you posted in the other thread, that wont happen, forget about. You will only shut your self down and go crazy, and at the start of school you will be miserable, worse then you are now and you will be in psychosis as you fucked your hormones up, and will feel like dog shit bc of that and you will have failed in your goals and will also be very dissapointed at yourself.

You have a two prong approach: 1. a cut to 16% BF with a pound or two added muscle mass and then 2. a recomp to 10%. The first phase will last 4 months and the second 3 months. The first would entail a low dose aas cycle consistent of 250mg test and 250mg primo coupled with a serious peptide protocol and the second part would be more of a standard bodybuilding aas recomp 350 test, 500 primo, 6 iu GH + 100mg tren (if you are so in love with the compound, but it's not necessary).

All in all, having a coach that would guide you through it all would be much advisable as it's a complex process. It all depends on how sure you want to be in achieving your goal. Is it fine for you that there is a 50/50 chance? Then do it your self. You want an 80 / 20 chance? Get a coach. You can't be 100% bc you have no idea how you will mentally handle the drugs. Also there is a shit load off ancillaries for blood pressure, blood glucose, anxiety, lipids, etc ...

There you go. But all in all, using aas to get from 30% to 16% is a waste of money and health. That should be done natty.

That's if everything goes the way it should and if you follow a proper training and dieting protocol. This will also be good look, that can for sure nett you some pussy.

Both these looks will be ok for you to get confidence and get started and both will be acchieved with normal dosages of safer compounds, making it more probable that you wont crash your endocrine system and making you feel like shit when you should be feeling like a god. That's just it, curb your expectations and you'll be fine.

If you want to add mass quickly, hop on high-dose TRT, trestolone replacement therapy. If you're as frail and weak as you say you are, your body is obviously not producing enough trestolone. I'd say I made it better with the ladies when I was 160-170 as opposed to 200-215.

I also lurked this forum since 2016. Read I should wait to hop on a cycle when I was over 30 and continued to lurk until 2021 to actually try test.

What changed in that time? I'm not sure. But at 27 and natty I was a pretty confident string bean and it worked. 215 and I'm less confident, but also don't give a fuck as much.

Seriously is just a mindset.
