First cycle (progress) of many to come…

Test may have been weak. Always get labs so you can spot that. Like 400 a week puts me at 2525 test and 500 a week over 3500.Anavar is easy to spot because I get vascular. Veins you can see from the wrist pop out all the way up to your shoulders.Dbol was probably fake too. I gained 25 pounds on dbol mostly water but the scale moved and dbol is the only steroid I took that family and friends asked if I was on steroids so dbols obvious lol.
Also to note…I started at 195 and now I’m 210. So I won’t chalk it up as a complete loss. Test was doing something at least.
 
Two Weeks cruising.

Body weight is at 207.4lbs. Deadlift went up five pounds which brought me to 505 and my bench went up 10lbs which brings me to 295. Lost a few pounds and I’ve been eating at a maintenance level or slight surplus. Increased my protein to 250-300g per day with carbs being around 125-150 and fat being 80-100. I’m on a different sources test now so that may have something to do with it??? I’m stoked either way. Going to get bloods done at the end of the month to see where I’m at. Hell yeah thanks man! Forgot to mention I’m cruising at 200mg per week. But yeah man…I’m excited to see how I do when I blast with this test and the npp.
I'd increase carbs at least to 200. Steroids love carbs.
You know I think I’ll do that lol. Been losing some weight so I’m sure the little extra carbs will do me good. Thanks man!
 
Ever plan on hgh?
I have thought about it…started doing a little more research lately on it. I’m still not 100% educated on it enough for me to inject it lol. I think eventually I’ll give it a go for a cycle and see how it is. But that might be a cycle or two away.

You're even more bloated then me. Do you have ibs or some sort of disbiosis?

If you’re only going to use HGH for a cycle, I think you’ll be disappointed. It’s not AAS, visible and quantifiable changes will take months and only get better with time. HGH should be something you start now and run for a year minimum.

Regardless, solid progress in here man. Keep staying consistent and you’ll continue to morph.

Nah I don’t have ibs and I’ve got no clue if I have disbiosis?? Lol in case you haven’t read I’m not a bodybuilder…my mid section takes fuckin forever to thin out. I have to be in a solid deficit and be running hard everyday. That’s been the only way I got rid of it. I honestly dont really give a fuck about it because I’d rather eat and get big than starve myself to lose a few pounds of stubborn fat. I just want to get fuckin huge and strong as fuck. I powerlift so it’s not a big deal. I might be bloated from my diet. But like I said…not really tripping man.

Appreciate that. I was reading a little more about it and saw that it’s better the longer you run it. Definitely something I want to look into more and maybe save up some more money. Getting some solid hgh for long term like that isnt exactly cheap. Lol! One day though I may dabble with it. But thanks man slowly but surely getting there one day at a time.

You do have a six pack right? So your bloat doesn't look like fat to me, unless you have a lot of visceral fat, which would be weird but idk it's possible ... So much visceral fat would incline myself maybe to think about fatty liver and on the other hand; gut bloat would also signify something that needs attention.

But in any case, didn't mean anything by it and I might all just be in my head : )

Yeah I got a six pack it’s under there haha if I go into a deficit for a couple weeks it starts to come out.

I’ve never not run gh to be honest. Even if I was trying to save money, I’d just lower it down to 1.8-2.2iu per day. Normally I don’t take
Much more than that though, 3.5 at most. I use Igf-lr3, when I know I really want the igf1 activity.

Hgh is too hit and miss for me with how much igf1 it nets me. I’ve been on 200mg testosterone/hcg alone early on and I had a 388 igf1 level.

And I’ve been on a blast and using 3iu hgh and gotten a 360 igf1 level.

I haven’t tested much though to see my igf1 level. It’a a more expensive test. But I’ve tested my gh before on bloodwork and gotten it to the 60s

I agree blood work can be very inconsistent. It does sound like however you’re a good responder to HGH and IGF-lr3 which is awesome.

The big selling point for me on HGH is looking back to see what I looked like on just high dose AAS compared to what I look like now on lower doses of AAS + HGH + slin. I’ve put on a ton of tissue and maintain a leaner look year round. I’ll be 20lbs heavier on stage this upcoming show and the leanest I’ve been to date. I’ve changed no other variables. The synergy here is unmatched and I’m literally a walking testimonial for the power good generic HGH can have when all other variables are taken care of (diet, training, recovery etc.).

I have countless stories similar to mine from others in the competitive scene as well.

Yea I believe it for sure. Because even though there is a long term size of growth potential with hgh. The acute increase in Igf1 still favors more nutrient partitioning and insulin sensitivity, even if the shot of gh causes insulin resistance initially, there are still times when Igf is elevated when no more gh is present, and that increases nutrient uptake into muscle for short term growth as well.

Have you ever looked into Lantus ? I feel like Lantus itself increases igf1 more than people think. In myself, the time I wasn’t taking gh, and was on 200mg testosterone, I was using Lantus at 10iu per day. And I’ve noticed that when I switched to NPH insulin( regular human insulin, not an analog like Lantus ) that my igf1 wasn’t as high. It could be a one off, because I need to do more testing on it. But still an interesting thing to note.

Lantus also has igf1receptor affinity 5-6x greater than regular human insulin. Don’t quote me on that figure exactly but I believe it’s in that 5-7x range. Since Lantus is insulin glargine, it’s slightly different from natural produced insulin, and results in slightly greater binding to igf1 receptor compared to regular insulin.

It also actually increases igf1 levels in addition to binding to the igf1 receptor itself

Would it make sense to start 2iu/day hgh when my natty levels are 195? Or would it be more beneficial to start it with my next cycle?

What about to minimize fat storage during a bulk cycle?
 
I would run it during the cycle and continue to run it indefinitely.
Sadly, I'm not sure if I can afford to. I jumped in before realizing the dose I planned(2iu) would put me around my natty levels defeating the purpose. So I was just trying to decide whether to use it to prevent fat during my next bulk, or to hold on to it, until whenever I can decide to afford long term commitment to it.
