theres basically a limit to how much fructose your body can use within a day, its assumed to be around 50-70g fructose a day from what ive heard. Remember that most fruits are a combination of fructose and glucose though so you can eat a fair amount without having to be concerned about any negative health effects from fructose.
This is where the issue of liquid calories like high fructose corn syrup comes in for example. Its easy to ovedo the 50-70g a day of fructose if you a guzzling down that garbage.
Fun fact, some fructose with your glucose-rich carb source helps replenish more glycogen faster. Its why you often find a combination of both in carb drinks.
Personally im a big fan of all fruits and usually consume 200-500g a day depending on where im at with my calories.
