As for training I'm doing a 5 day split chest, Arms, back,legs shoulders.
core every every day 2 rest days a week I do 45 minutes of cardio probably going to up it to 50 minutes to 60 minutes.
Diet am is 6 eggs and 100gram cream of wheat, pwo is 75gram protein from whey, 50grams cream of wheat.
Post workout is 11grams chicken with 2 cup cooked rice and final meal is same as previous meal. And another 75gram protein shake(it's got like 15g carbs in it max and

Still dropping fat each week? What's the next step you plan on taking? Remove a cup of rice from last meal, halve the breakfast cream of Wheat, remove some yolks, add more cardio or supps etc?

I plan on adjusting the diet accordingly yes but the main thing was getting clen , or albuterol to aid with fat loss and just crank the cardio no more gear I'm responding really well anti catabolically to what I'm running right now.
 
Honestly I would have you more like 12-16 weeks out. But then I have seen some guys do a lot in 6 weeks.

I have a coach were dialing in steady alot of people tank there physique way too soon I'll show up send show out , I'm a wrestler So cutting weight isn't shit to me.

That's gyno mate. We're you trying to imply, that you don't have solid lumps under the nips but rather just "puffy nips"?
Prolactin based gyno from the tren and deca I was running bo lumps just puffy, and that's an older picture before it was managed properly, but alot of it is poor lighting and a shitty camera

Getting clen tonight couldn't find any pharma so I went with ugl peptide from aminoasylum.

11 oz chicken - can I assume this is boneless, skinless, and grilled, or is it something else?
97 grams protein, 11 grams fat, 0 carbs
100g Jasmin rice - 3 grams protein, 1 gram fat, 28 grams carbs
unspecified protein shake, who the fuck knows, but a guess as to 15 grams of carbs - from what? What do you put in this "shake?"

How do you cook the chicken? breading?

Is there anything added to the food? Mayonnaise, butter, oil - lots of folks forget to include these things. Do you cook the eggs in butter, etc?

Since the last three meals are the same, easy calculation, 291 protein, 36 grams fat, 84 grams carbs

Breakfast added to that, 329 protein, 65 grams fat, 160 grams carbs, oh, plus the 15 in the shake, so 175

329/65/175
pro/fat/carb

And how have you been doing your diet? That is, what changes have you made over the last 6 weeks, and how many pounds per week are dropping off the scale?

Do you adjust your diet when you don't show progress on the scale for a week or two?

Current height and weight? And what was your weight 10 weeks ago? 7 days ago?

It means I have a coach. I answered the question.
Thats close to correct were doing 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs chicken is grilled no butter just straight up the protein I didn't guess it literally says on the bottle 5 carbs per serving I'm taking 3 servings. 10 weeks ago I was 220 7 days ago I was 185 yesterday I was 177.
I'm 5'11
 
Dropping chicken. Down to 6oz per meal 30 grams of carb with each meal thats 3 meals, 4 egg whites in the morning with 2 whole eggs coach is playing with the carbs a bit since we're dropping weight so fast since adding in the clen, down to 176
