Long term tren use blood work

Niacin (NOT the non-flush version) 3x 500mg/day will help with HDL

Also megadose fish oil 10gr+/day

Ast/alt ,gfr
GFR isnt great on a creatinine test alone

ast/alt
if these are elevated, a GGT might bee good

creatinine would suffice for the most part, if it is elevated from lifting, poor hydration, or excessive creatine supplementation.

a Cystatin C might be beneficial.

I was just curious what the long term tren made them look like. A lot of people don't like to post their bloods on tren on this site for some reason .. maybe because there are a lot of things usually out of spec.

ALT - 34
AST - 27
eGFR non-AA - 94

Only thing wonky was my ALP is mildy out of range at 33

Thoughts on overall cholesterol levels? Im thinkjng since everything is low and my ratio is within range that my extremely low fat intake is the problem.
The plan
Drastically reducing carbs and replacing the calories with fat.
Doubling fish oil intake
Adding COQ10, vit E, d3&k2

Cholesterol ratio seems pretty good. I wouldnt worry to be honest. can always be proactive and improve it, but it is better than the average person(Non AAS)

the thing i worry about is the very low ldl and triglycerides. Research ive done has linked those being low to whatever the brain kind of stroke is called. But everything is low which my diet would make sense as the culperate and not the tren.

So you want to increase ldl?

there is ischemic and hemorrhagic typically

So. FINALLY decided to make sure Im not dying inside since ive been running tren for. Well. A long time. Currently though. 125mg tren ace / 100 mg test c tue/thur/sat/sun. Last pin yesterday. Fasted and bloods drawn today. Only checked basic mens health panel (liver, kidney blood health and lipids.).

Blood pressure monitored daily. 111/64 within 5% on each arm
Only thing out of wack was my HDL sitting at 20 when it should be more than 40.
LDL is 49 when should be less than 99.
Blood glucose 83 (70-99)
Non hdl 61 (less than 129)
Total cholesterol 81 (less than 199)
Triglyceride 52 (less than 149)
VLDL 12 (less than 29)
Cholesterol / hdl ratio 4.2 (less than 4.9)

So inhave other things related to kidneys and liver if people have specific questions.

Going to continue to use abd do another blood test here in 5 or 6 weeks and see if i cant bring that hdl up. Open to any tests i should make sure for more detailed health analysis, or just reccommend things. I didnt bother w estrogen or prolactin/progesteron etc because i lack any sides if that nature. If i should though. Ill listen. Im a huge fan of tren and beyond happy with what my tests cane back w today. Was scared that my lipids would be wrecked but totally
Manageable. Thanks for readjng. Open to questions shit talk ball busting or whatever the fuck ever.

Dueces.
Just wondering is that 125mg a week?

Noggin stutter I believe is the correct terminology

What is it with people not reading the damn thread before asking, three times the same question of one popped up and two times of another. Even I get a headache, and if you cannot read a wopping two pages for conserving your energy, then don't spend that on your question - you might become malnurished!

I am impressed with that hdl/ ldl ratio OP. Have personally experienced a lot with supps to combat that and haven't found much working "significantly", just a step or two in either direction.

I would love if anyone has scientific input on AAS use and the HDL/LDL ratio - Body's need. I have mentioned it here before in my own stuff, but I cannot find much on the subject. There is a thought that during use we do not need as much HDL to be considered balanced and healthy, and LDL can jump a bit still being considered fine.
But I don't have much to refer to here unfortunately, but certainly a great read for everyone including OP if someone with more knowledge knew.

I wish i had bloods done before messing w tren to see the difference. Ive made some adjustments with my diet and supps and redoing a lipid panel in just over 3 weeks. If i can get everything in the green ill draw the conclusion that aas’s affect on lipids is genetic as well. So many people run their mouths on how toxic tren is with little to no experience. Thats why i believe all these people asking dosages and such within a thread on lipids.

Start running lipid stabil it will help bring those cholesterol numbers in line in 30 days and always use it on sycle or whenever on anything it does work.
My advice to you bud is to never spend a single penny on trash like what youve recommended. Its all the same. Just an fyi.
