Injection Bulk only cycle?

Hello Guys,

due to medical conditions, i will have to skip using orals for the next 9 months (nothing is damaged, im just taking roaccutane for my acne which i got in puberty and never really went away). Because roaccutane is already very very liver toxic, i want to leave out orals in my next cycle.

usually i did stuff like test/deca/dbol or test/tren/drol to bulk which always worked out okayish.

Now i want to create a Bulk cycle with 3 compounds with around 1g of total amount of mg, maybe even a bit more.

any recommendations? :)

Without knowing your stats it's hard to say. But if you want 3 compounds

Test 500-750
Primo or mast 300-500
deca 150-200

Hi Guys,

i just wanted to give a quick update and ask for help once again. So after around 2 weeks of runnning 500test 300 deca 300 mast ive gained around 2.5kgIMG_0077_E.png

My Quads got a lot bigger and i feel way more stable on squads now. Sadly i still cant manage to get some mass on my weakpoints which are my arms in general, my upper chest and my hamstrings.

Does anyone have some suggestions on some excercises and how often i should do them to fix my weakpoints? :)

The way I got my arms bigger was by hitting arms every workout. I workout every other day so I have adequate recovery time between workouts. If you lift ED then I’d only hit arms every other workout. Anyways, by working arms that includes shoulders. So each workout after my main compound exercises, I hit one shoulder, tricep and bicep exercise. I recommend doing the three lifts as a superset. This has been the only way along with bulking that has helped put size on my arms. Results may vary but this has worked for me. Also don’t go ape shit with the arm exercises. Focus on using light to moderate weight with high reps (8-12) and again doing them as supersets. Aim for 3-5 sets.

My arms have also been a weak point but adding a separate arm day to a PPL split has them growing. For me, pump training (higher reps, 15-20 range) has had the best results. Trying to go heavier and heavier just fucked up all the tendons around my elbows.

Edit: Like the poster above me, I also include high rep shoulders (rear, side, front) to my arm day.

THUR - SHOULDER/ARM - 2x2 SETS for back and front shoulder and 1x4 Set for mid delt, then 3x3 excersises for both bi and tri

SAT - PULL - Light Back focused with 4x4 for back and 1x2 for bi

whats your opinion on this general plan?

In my opinion it seems reasonable as long as your recovery is good. I'm older so I wouldn't be able to do that volume bc my joints would be killing me.

Edit: After a few weeks of this you may want to increase the frequency of your leg training and give your arms a break.
 
Looks like you might have some severe gyno already so I'd be careful with what you do choose and how much

yeah i do, its from puberty sadly - i'll have to get it cut out via surgery at some point

masteron shuts my e2 down pretty well so im using it to prevent even more
