Blood pressure med and fatigue

The major cause of his kidney damage was from a fat burning peptide adipotide I think was the name. Hypertension definitely didn’t help, but it was more of an acute thing caused by the peptide.
He went on Palumbo's show and claimed it was from the peptide but I don't think it was for at least a couple reasons. First of all he said he was injecting in the lower back near the kidneys and well it doesn't spread to the kidneys like that, there is tissue and membranes protecting the kidneys it would have to hit systemic circulation first. And secondly when bodybuilders have kidney issues it's almost always due to “focal segmental glomerulosclerosis,” which is a blood pressure thing.

Lastly, listen to Bostin's own words, I've linked to the relevant portion of the video at 1050 seconds in:

My bp average is 140/85, my cardiologist says it’s not that bad, it’s just more me trying to get it to 120 levels.
Seems like only steroids that affects my bp is superdrol, anadrol and deca. Test, oxandrolone etc don’t move it much
What are your stats?

Started 80 mg telmisartan , much better BP control, I’ll post back if it makes me as tired:

I've been 140-150 since high school.
Enture family.
I need 2 meds just to be in normal range.
And I've always been sub 20% bf.
Never remotely over weight. Thin if anything.
It happens.
I now sit 130 and as long as I stick to test primo no bp issues.

I have htn and I’m on irbesartan 300 mg.
If I check my bp when my kids are home it’s 154/90 so I take 150 mg during day but I notice an hour or two I’m extremely fatigued. I’ve been on it over a year but someone mentioned the other day that their bp med caused fatigue. I started to take note and noticed it each time I took it…

Which other med would work but not cause this? Hard to function if I just want to sleep all day. I’m thinking a calcium channel blocker, verapamil vs diltiazem
I'm afraid the first line options are all pretty much sleep inducing.

I used to use Telmisartan but it had zero impact on my BP:
BP was always 160 / pick a triple digit number.

Try something like Amlodipine for 2 weeks. When you consistently see 130 over whatever, take it every other day, then move down to half a pill, every other day. The tiredness gets better.

Sidenote: Just started up (a joint relief dose of) NNP again and the mother fucking BP is moving right back up.

Luckily telmisartan works wonders for me, my bp is 120/80 on test and deca… took a few months for the fatigue to fade and I feel normal now
