As TrenTrenTren said, it definitely affects libido. Though personally I don't consider it to be that much of an issue since my libido on gear is way too high for most girlfriends I've had so having it down to "normal" range is a positive.
I guess the biggest effect is the effect on sleep. Patterns go off and there is increased drift. Like some days it is hard to get sleep and you go with 4h (and feel like shit), and then the next day you are at 12h. Feels like days have 25-26h and your daily rhytm drifts by hour or two every day so after few weeks you are sleeping during the day and training at the middle of the night (which is quite nice if you frequent a gym with way too many members).
Mentally it makes me cold, distant and logical. Hard to feel some emotions. Brings a very nihilistic side of me.
Honestly for me not too bad except for the sleep which you can live with if you are free to take naps when ever. But definitely keep E in balance since having none will make your gains less.
