Legal advice for big ideas....

What would YOU do if you had an idea so solid that it is a game changing winning lock. You conceived it years ago and are amazed that no one has done it. The primary problem being that it is too conceptually abstract to patent without at least a solid presentation of a working model, and then it could still be cloned. Consider it an entertainment product. So you have this concept that in the right company's hands, which there are about 10 of them I can think of, and being as revolutionary as it is, could be most likely successful in creating and actualizing it and probably even protect it in court due to their financial clout. But there is no apparent way to pitch it to anyone without getting ass-raped and kicked to the curve...??

What is the solution? Other than taking it to the grave for SPITE...

That's all hypothetical of course... No one could do something like that... Right..!?!?!!!

I have an atty and I trust him as far as I can throw him. MOUTHS also exist for a reason and THAT IS TO RUN and SPILLITH OVER..... So many options today to leak to a power$ful interested party. "Sorry man, my server was hacked".. Etc. etc... Then they all sit on it a few years in development, while your atty gets his offshore acct fattened up. And then you see yourself in the headlines as they revere the new ground shaking product. Only its not you..

The only thing I can say for sure is that I AM DONE SERVING EVERYONE'$ INTEREST BUT MY OWN...

But your point is taken and I really have not investigated that market and how iron clad a protected position you can possibly develop. So yes its worth a look..

And perhaps its been done already who knows. But I can say I would not even dare even google it from my machine or any IP I have ever trafficked. If I see it out there ever I will be damn sure they figured it out on their own..

Honestly at this point I am just too apathetic, over the hill, and beyond hope that I don't give a shit... I consider this life was an intentional vacation of sorts in the big scheme of re-incarnation. Only I am such a damn workaholic in the dimension which I hail from, that I can't even relax and enjoy this spin where I am supposed to lay down and do nothing but chill... What a waste....
