Oral minoxidil

can't think of a reason why I would want monox directly entering systemic circulation.

I'll give you one : not everyone has the sulfotransferase enzyme located in the hair follicles. Those who do are the lucky ones for whom topical works.

For those who don't, we still have the sulfotransferase enzyme in our liver.
That's why oral minoxidil works for 100% of people to regrow hair at doses above 2.5mg/day.

Where are people buying their oral minoxidil? I'd rather not use the liquid orally as I want to dose at 2.5mg ED

5% Minoxidil has 50mg/ml.
A dropper has 30 drops.
You're looking at 1.67mg per drop.
Take two drops for a total of 3.2mg, the side effects won't be worse than 2.5mg.

I thought the solvent was mildly toxic?

Mine has propylene glycol, water and ethyl alcohol.
None of this is toxic at 2 drops / day, especially ethanol which is the alcohol your body knows how to process, unlike methanol.

Im bias towards oral minoxidil because im a hairy MF, literally can dread the leg/arm/asshole hair. back hair, chest hair, unibrow. lmao, and oral minoxdil does grow hair everywhere. works, but just my 2 cents.

give it a try furrsure. topical too. maybe add retin-a topical + minoxidil.

This sounds easier then topics, how has this worked? Do you get a pre-shed period before it works like transdermal?

What dose you take?
