What’s up guys!
Was wondering if 250 test 200npp 200mast is a decent ration or if I should be bumping my numbers up In either category.
Was planning on bumping test to 300 by week 4 and 350 by week 8. But haven’t worked out my npp/ mast ratio comparatively and was hoping others have done this cycle and found a personal sweet spot they like?
I’m a wrestling/jiujitsu athlete so I’m not tryna go overboard on the size or kinda que in that Im on the juice.. Just tryna be rediculously strong for no reason.
