Test and NPP (Switcheroo?)

In the Spring I ran eight weeks of less than 1500 calories and lost zero fat. So years of dieting down while also having a brain tumor not helping much as it relates to hormones, I’ve never really been anabolic at all.
Im going to push and say your calorie counting wasn't on point how you think it was. we' ve all been there once.

"i can eyeball it. I've got it down now.
these 2 or 3 grains of rice wont make much of a difference" as they proceed to taste the food 4 times with that big tablespoon lol.

If you're counting calroies, and in a deficit of 500+ calories, theres NO way you're not losing weight. I just can't believe that.

Well it simply wasn’t a deficit (despite what SHOULD be). I’ve weighed my food for ten years and do not use cooking oils. Totally understand the skepticism however. But I wasn’t really trying to turn this thread into what my intro already stated. I’ve changed nothing about that diet that I was eating aside from adding more carbs. I can definitely assure that adding 200g of white rice hasn’t reduced the calories any as I’m not longer having issues with fat loss to note.

Dragbro was spitting facts and hurting feelings
No feelings hurt at all! I assume he means well or else he would’ve continued scrolling through nonsense. His points are absolutely valid aside from not applying them as I did. It doesn’t make him wrong either. I crash dieted my way into oblivion on top of having an alien living in my brain that fucked up just about everything else. I don’t know if it was fixing that, increasing calories or a bit of both but it doesn’t matter at this point. It’s no longer a problem and was from a different post entirely. No one has an obligation to believe that I was maintaining at 1300 calories and now maintaining at 2500 nor do I expect anyone to. It really makes no difference. The post was about getting insight into NPP. Despite getting next to no value, I’ll leave the thread rolling in the event that it catches someone else’s eye and helps them later.

I’ll give my opinion on the test/npp ratio.

First of all I’m glad you using npp rather than deca for this since you can make adjustments quicker. I see you are at 500 test and 100 NPP currently. You said no sides at this dose right?

If so, first I would up my NPP no higher than 1:1 for a while and see how you handle it. Try this for four weeks. Make sure you don’t get anxiety/depression or your dick stops working.

If you can tolerate 1:1 for the next 4 weeks, then decide what you want to dose for your last 8 weeks.

Most people I know run test/deca at 1:1 or test slightly higher than the deca. I prefer test slightly higher myself. I would not run the npp higher than the test until you are sure you do well with 1:1.

You're 6'3" and what ever weight you are currently at, and you're consuming 2500 calories currently. I assume your goal is to maintain whatever muscle you have now and continue to lose fat? Maybe add some muscle?
Usually the first step is to put in some years of training for experience. Experience on a proper work out regime (push/pull for example), experience on learning proper nutrition, and finally learning your body and how it responds best to what.
You, self admittedly, completely bypassed all of this and jumped onto gear and ozempic. Obviously, this was out of frustration and an attempt at finding the "magic pill".
Since this is a harm reduction group and you are obviously going to continue using gear, I'll give my input.
There's absolutely zero reason to do anything beyond 500 mg of test. If your blood work is gtg and you aren't having any estrogen sides then proceed. If you need to lower e2 then use some exemestane. There's more then enough posts on this group to guide you in needed doses of the stuff. If you don't care about your hair you can add masteron into the cycle to reduce/eliminate sides instead of the exemestane. Masteron is very mild but it's very effective in combating estrogen induced side effects, 200-250mg should do the trick.
Now you MUST learn all those things that you bypassed before jumping on gear, which I just previously mentioned... nutrition, proper training regime, learning your body, and proper recovery.
NPP isn't going to do anything for you except possibly adding to side effects.
2500 calories when over 6'3" just simply isn't enough calories to gain any kind of muscle when your also wanting to lose fat. If you are committed, and learn everything required, you're just gonna lose fat and possibly spare muscle. This will give you the appearance of gaining.muscle mass.
If 2500 calories is truly your maintenance anything over 500mg test is just pointless. You shouldn't even need that much. IMHO 300mg test 200mg masteron is all you need... max.
