Yeah I don't care about the label at all either. As long as I can read the concentration (another vendor this is an issue IMO) it could have a dynamo label on it with a rainbow cap on the top.

I was genuinely kind of wondering that. He’s been pretty quiet lately, especially with all the concerns being brought up. Definitely bums me out because I have been a big supporter and spent a lot of money here since day 1. Was really hoping he’d come back with some quality answers. @Primal_Pharma ???
For some time now he looks to have made the decision to stay out of most of the conversation. He made a post about it at some point sounded like the admin had said something.

The time period was around the time Bandern, DoubleDeez and some others got banned. I think these bans were for multiple accounts.

I’m just focused on work and not paying attention to the noise anymore. It’s the same five people saying the same things over and over, and it’s gotten old. I used to go out of my way trying to please everyone, and that’s not happening anymore.
There are a few mistakes that keep getting brought up by those same people. I’ve read through ALL other sponsored threads, and honestly it makes me laugh. We’ve made mistakes, no denying that, but compared to what I’ve seen from other sources, it’s actually laughable.
We’ve said it before, but the plan is to go private, and we have plenty of clientele to do that without issue. We take care of the people who support us, and there’s a reason they keep coming back. If someone is just hanging around with no intention of buying and only here to stir things up, they’re more than welcome to move on.

The reason for the "noise" is there are some people here still trying to hold you to the standards you set for yourself. It's disappointing that you consider this noise. Now THIS is a source I would give pretty much all of my business! Reading that actually gets me pumped up a little, no joke. I desperately want a source that lives up to this. I think we're pretty darn close to having a few sources like this, and the sad thing is, Primal isn't one of the sources that closing in on this standard. To be absolutely fair, the SHIPPING section you've absolutely nailed, and have at least lived up to the standard you've set for yourselves, and then some. Your SUPPORT is also exceptional, and you're very generous in resolving issues. Good job on those.
As for the "few mistakes" that keep getting brought up, that's because you've failed to address the underlying issues that are causing these mistakes to reoccur. These mistakes are not in the distant past, and as I said, many are likely to continue to occur until changes are made. Those new to the thread have a right to know about these mistakes because they continue to occur. Please don't forget, this is a harm reduction forum after all. If you fixed these issues, and the community started to see consistent test results that line up closely with your own test results, people would absolutely stop bringing these issues up. You can't start earning trust back when people are still seeing huge discrepancies in test results from vial to vial within the same batch. Since you haven't been entirely transparent about your brewing process and how batches are made, we can't know why there have been such ridiculous variances amongst different vials from the same "batch", including a very recent test of your Test U that had one vial measure at the claimed concentration of API, and the next vial was 25% under dosed.
This would be a huge step forward, and if it's actually implemented correctly, would all but eliminate variances within the same batch.
