Calulating best heart rate for fat loss

Somewhere around 120 has worked well for myself and everyone I've ever worked with. Don't stress too much. We know LISS works. We know HIIT works. Drastically different heart rates involved.

Ok cool thats pretty much exactly where i was striving for. And maintained.

Does the longer you do it correlate for more fat loss? I believe it should be done for at least 30 minutes correct?

Also fasted is best?

Activity is largely just activity. The body doesn't have a real threshold to my knowledge. May not make logistical sense to do 12x5m walks to get to an hr of added cardio tho. My cardio for prep starts as low as a 15-20m walk. It goes up to as high as it needs to in daily duration on something more intense like stairs to get where I need to be. Start low and slow and go from there.
