Shrooms or Weed after workout?

I was curious as to what helps most of you guys after working out? Personally when on tren I cannot get any good sleep, but even without I do not get much sleep. I've been smoking for quite some time now after my workouts before going to bed. On weekends I like to take some chocolate shrooms and I feel brand new on Monday ready to go. Does anyone else benefit from smoking after their workouts? I've spoken to some people and they claim that their endurance plummets when they smoke, but that just isn't my case.
 
I don't smoke much anymore due to the serotonergic and estrogenic effects of weed. I do use topical CBD occasionally. I'm a little confused though, is this related to post-workout or sleep? CBD rubbed on spent muscles after a cold soak helps recovery in my opinion. It might also be applicable for sleep, though it would probably need to be taken orally. Best thing for sleep (for me) is blue light blocking glasses at 7:30, 8oz of tart cherry juice, and 600mgs of magnesium glycinate.
 
I smoke concentrate pre and post workout, It helps with mild pain from past injuries, depending on the strain somtimes it can help in staying focused, endurance only takes a blow when i smoke way too much beforehand.
Its forsure a must for me when recovering and sleep when running tren, works wonderful for sleep.

Cant really say much about mushrooms , Thats more of a mental type substance. Dont know if it has any benefits in recovering from workouts.
 
Massaging my feet post-workout does for me.
But I answer your question then: Weed!

Reduced inflammation, Improved sleep, Reduced anxiety and stress, Pain relief.
But don't do it often, cuz the effects will not be as strong.
 
Switch to edibles, eat it during your workout and it should kick in near the time you’re done. Your lungs will thank you and you’ll have no carbon monoxide circulating in your blood. Carbon monoxide will block oxygens ability to bind to red blood cells and hurt recovery.
 
I need to find a link to the thread but there was another one on what to use to get better sleep.

I do not recommend using shrooms or weed even though weed is legal most places and shrooms may become that way.

Maybe its a stigma with me but I also know either of those do not necessarily make me tired but both will fuck up any decent productivity for quite some time.
