Just thinking

I’m new and fully understand I’m not saying anything nobody’s not heard before but sitting at my daughters softball game watching every single dad with the exception of me eating chili cheese dogs, ice cream sandwiches, loaded nachos, etc etc. I’m not judging to each his own. Got me thinking maybe my dedication to fitness and diet isn’t worth it. Are they happy with dick-do??? Maybe I’m the idiot

Why deprive yourself. You aren't training for the Olympia.
I get what you mean. I do a “cheat meal / carb reload meal / just stuff my face meal on Saturday mornings. But stick to a strict meal plan other than that. I guess to be completely honest if I let my guard down or tell myself nobody else cares what you eat ….. that it will roll into my workouts, career, etc etc. sorry for counseling rant. Lol.

Like you said, to each his own. I can't relate to looking at the average person and wanting to be like that. Do you not have a fire inside of you wanting more, and wanting to do better?
Always and fully understand what you’re getting at. It’s almost a flaw but makes me better at everything in life. Not better than you or the next guy. Just a better me.

Typical Saturday morning gorge fest. Ha

I don't do "cheats", nor do I eat crap regularly (maybe 3 times a week tops).

I feel for me eating my protein and having the rest as whatever calories is what works for me. If someone eats junk on a daily basis I have no sympathy for them if health issues surface.

Exercise but don't feel like lifting half-assed for 30 minutes negates your habit of shoving pizza and ice cream in your cakehole daily. Not sorry..

Agree. You can’t out run a bad diet..

Trust me not a road you want to go down. Once you're fat it's extremely hard to not be fat.

Both from a psychological and physical standpoint.

However if you're never living your life and never allow yourself to be glutenous for very short periods of time is life really worth living?

Six years ago I was 247 lbs of fat. Lost 75 lbs on year (NOT BRAGGING). It was awful being that big with zero muscle. I was miserable fat so might as well be miserable but look good. JK. Easier to maintain then do the roller coaster bs

I'm guilty of judging others eating choices. Gobs of mayo, chips, sugary drinks in half gallon cups.

My diet varies and is satisfying enough. I dont always feel like eating. I get the protein in, and round out the rest, keeping an eye on carbs.
