I added “with additional compounds” to my question to prevent this type of answer.yeah, lowering the dose or dropping the compound.
this is a false equivalency.ike fixing high estrogen on testosterone cycles with aromatase inhibitors, rather than lowering or dropping testosterone
I’m not taking tren, I don’t need it right now (still time to get there).this is a false equivalency.
Taking more drugs to make a dose of tren more tolerable is not comparable to taking an AI to modulate a basic function of aromatizable substances.
there is very little reason to take tren in the first place, and a little bit goes a long way, If you hvae issues when on it, the only answer is always to drop it or reduce dose.
how much are you taking?
yes i do, and i dont consider 300mg a "low dose of tren"I’m not taking tren, I don’t need it right now (still time to get there).
Do you have experience with lose dose trenbolone (100-300 mg per week )?
Suggesting someone take antipsychotics probably isn't a good idea. Many people have much more severe side effects from mental health drugs than they do performance enhancing drugs. You can simply take benadryl for sleep.Strictly to your question, rhGH can help, but to BigTomJ's point, only if the Tren dose is fairly low, you can tolerate it & only if you don't get paradoxical sleep disturbances from rhGH.
Besides that, drugs used to treat insomnia, on- or off- label, would seem a better fit than any peptide including rhGH and certainly the research peptides. I've heard from someone whose opinion and experience I value that Seroquel mitigates this and other Tren side effects on mood, energy, and well-being.
I use the Olly brand sleep gummies, anecdotally they have worked really well for me. Idk if its the l-theanine or what, but my sleep feels so much more restful with them.Melatonin can help as can Benedryl but both come with their own side effects (see my other posts regarding pharmaceutical PIO).
Neither will unfuck the night sweats, acid reflux, sudden broadening of porn interests, fatty fucking and other potential side effects of Tren though.
Completely concur with @BigTomJ that 100mg/week (or even less) is a good starting point.
desperate times, i turn to old faithful, nyquil.
I use Rich Piana's (RIP) Knocked the Fuck Out tea which definitely sends me to sleep but there are so many other active ingredients in it besides the GIANT dosing of Melatonin that is pretty difficult for me to say which is helping out.more so than a simple melatonin supplement.
Never seen that product, i like that it has GABA in it, GABA might be completely worthless, but anecdotally ive found it helpful for combatting stress and anxiety and getting relaxed.Yeah we always have the Zquil version aroudn the house, basically just liquid Benedryl but I find that the liquid versions seem to "hang over" a bit less than the Benedryl pills do (for me anyway).

That said, the Melatonin content in the tea frequently gives me a headache not dissimilar to the headaches you get from red wine tannins.
I ended up with it because my youngest has paradoxical response to most sleep aids. She can chug a cup of Zquil and then pull an allnighter.Never seen that product, i like that it has GABA in it, GABA might be completely worthless, but anecdotally ive found it helpful for combatting stress and anxiety and getting relaxed.
I think you re right. Even a cup of black anise (black licorice) tea often helps me sleep (though not when on Tren) more easily and deeply. The incredibly potent smell of the tea and accompanying looks of disgust from the ladies in the house whenever I have some is just a bonus.i also feel like it helps my digestion a bit throughout the night, but this might just be a product of the hot drink, or be entirely baseless placebo.
Why the hate? Quetiapine isn't habit forming and has a host of benefits......

Taking diphenhydramine routinely (e.g., nightly) for sleep is far worse than Seroquel. Diphenhydramine is an acetylcholine inhibitor that will make you fat, lazy, and stupid. Among other effects, it blocks central serotonergic & α-adrenergic receptors.Suggesting someone take antipsychotics probably isn't a good idea. 2nd this. 5-10mg works wonders to hit a decent 7hr night. If I have a crazy day at work I will take a Unisom sometimes as well.Melatonin should help and its OTC, at least in America.
I'm already stupid so jokes on youTaking diphenhydramine routinely (e.g., nightly) for sleep is far worse than Seroquel. Diphenhydramine is an acetylcholine inhibitor that will make you fat, lazy, and stupid. Among other effects, it blocks central serotonergic & α-adrenergic receptors.
Tren is far worse than either of them, though, so the entire argument is kind of moot if you're construing this in terms of good vs. bad.
