My stats are:
34yr old
5'10"
200lb about 10-12% bf
Recent blood labs conducted, Im very healthy atm.
Always been a good responder to test; highest Ive run was 500 with no ancillaries, no sides that I could notice.
Im structuring this next cycle, and making sure I have all mu ducks in a row. My goals are to gain some serious size and strength on the barbell lifts. Super size my squat, deadlift, and ohp in particular. Bench and I have a love/hate relationship.
I currently have on hand:
60g test e
10g primo
10g npp
10g dbol
Aromasin, a bunch of tadalafil, p5p, nac, zma and injectable carnitine.
I usually pin daily.
Am currently just doing a 400/wk test with 15mg dbol preworkout (m/w/f). Training hard but getting my life together, as well. Life events, and things.
This cycle will be about stupid strength and size without killing my health markers on my labs.
Ive only run NPP before at a low dose (200mg) and have never done primo. Im going to test it once I get my filters in to make sure its real, though. It may be mast, but we shall see.
I can get some other compounds if needed, but would rather use what I currently have.
My workout schedule is 3xwk squat/push/pull. 5x5 type deal with cardio on off days for health/basic conditioning, but nothing crazy as this cycle will be for all the gainz.
What my plan was to titrate up my test while adding in some primo and npp. Probably keep using the dbol preworkout only as I like it as a preworkout.
Is there any starting place that yall wise BTDT's would recommend, or any glaring holes Im missing?
Ill be eating all the food, btw, so long as I can keep my BF within reasonable ranges. Not afraid to get 'fat' as long as the muscle and strength is there and I dont end up killing myself from the BP or high cholesterol, lol.
