Recommendations on a bulk cycle

Hello,

My stats are:
34yr old
5'10"
200lb about 10-12% bf
Recent blood labs conducted, Im very healthy atm.

Always been a good responder to test; highest Ive run was 500 with no ancillaries, no sides that I could notice.

Im structuring this next cycle, and making sure I have all mu ducks in a row. My goals are to gain some serious size and strength on the barbell lifts. Super size my squat, deadlift, and ohp in particular. Bench and I have a love/hate relationship.

I currently have on hand:
60g test e
10g primo
10g npp
10g dbol
Aromasin, a bunch of tadalafil, p5p, nac, zma and injectable carnitine.

I usually pin daily.

Am currently just doing a 400/wk test with 15mg dbol preworkout (m/w/f). Training hard but getting my life together, as well. Life events, and things.

This cycle will be about stupid strength and size without killing my health markers on my labs.

Ive only run NPP before at a low dose (200mg) and have never done primo. Im going to test it once I get my filters in to make sure its real, though. It may be mast, but we shall see.

I can get some other compounds if needed, but would rather use what I currently have.

My workout schedule is 3xwk squat/push/pull. 5x5 type deal with cardio on off days for health/basic conditioning, but nothing crazy as this cycle will be for all the gainz.

What my plan was to titrate up my test while adding in some primo and npp. Probably keep using the dbol preworkout only as I like it as a preworkout.

Is there any starting place that yall wise BTDT's would recommend, or any glaring holes Im missing?

Ill be eating all the food, btw, so long as I can keep my BF within reasonable ranges. Not afraid to get 'fat' as long as the muscle and strength is there and I dont end up killing myself from the BP or high cholesterol, lol.

I usually just read, don't jump in on threads much but I have over 20 years of fitness training, and close to 12 years of Harm reduction research, training and practice.
At the end of the day my opinion is just my opinion.
U have plenty of good stuff available if you trust your stash is quality, and man I really think I could give you some solid advice, as well As a couple possible goals if your interested, but I do need more info.

1. 200 lbs just under 6 ft. I'm familiar as this was my weight prior to returning to the gym after a 2 year break.

2. Will you PCT upon completion? Or blast and cruise?

3. Recent substance abuse concerns? Only asking for liver and kidney health reference.

4. Sounds like u have some experience, in past cycles have done blood work? Or followed up post cycle with a doctor?
5. Ever experience symptoms of High or low BP? Difficulty controlling your cholesterol? Or symptoms of high or low E2?

I think that should cover it.

1. Thx, Im about 205lb now, think Ive gotten leaner as well. Pinch test.

2. BnC. Got a vasectomy years ago.

3. No, I havent even drank really since January. Occasional beer, thats it. I did have some blood show on a recent UA, however. Im not sure why, could have been the Dbol, but I had been working out super hard (squats, deads, pressing, all same workout) so that could have been it as well.

4. Yes Ive got some blood work done in the first of June, but I tried going legit and doing it through a TRT clinic, but they only tested SOME things. Pretty irritating, but will get a full lab at the end of this month.

5. Yes, I usually get some high BP issues. Not terribly so, but l check it everyday and lately have been around 135/75-140/80. I can physically feel it lowering however since I started doing cardio everyday, and have just recieved some generic Telmisatrin. Yesterday AM it was about 117/67 after my run, so we'll see.

Have never had a gyno scare, when I am at 400 test by itself I would use Aromasin very sparingly, maybe one every two weeks. But I do think the BP issues had to do with some E2 water retention.

Ive added in primo to the mix in an attempt to help keep the BP lower since I had never used it and thought that if I could use it to help control the estrogen a little better, then great.

I had originally planned a 400/300 test/primo ratio, but couldnt math the day I blended the vials and ended up at around 500/300. On the second day of the third week now, and am feeling pretty good, BP wise. No acne or anything else, so far. I get 'mystery' sides where I think Im feeling x or y, but usually its just me being stupid I think.

So, atm, Im at 500T/300Primo, and around 45 mg dbol per week. Ill probably run the dbol the entire cycle since its such a light amount, although even at 15mg the low back pumps can be a pita.

Figured Id leave this in public for posterity.

Honestly not looking for any business opportunity here. I left the gym a few years ago and have been fighting myself trying to get back in. Finally at a point when I'm feeling motivated again and this is just kind of Part of it for me . I'm that boring I guess. But I also believe in sharing whatever knowledge I have that might help the next guy be successful. I always took the time to do research prior to jumping in and I think that has a lot to do with my ability to jump back in at this point. I'm almost 45
