Yeah, so I know it ain't much to Meso standards. Just dropping it here, so I can hopefully improve in the future and not get lazy.
I guess it's a semi decent form, but I believe some ppl will laugh at that BB bounce from chest on bench and rightly so.
So yeah, criticism is welcomed I guess. Lots to improve, I just always wanted to hit that 200kg bench press even if it wasn't so clean lol.
Bench:
25+25+25+25+20+20+10+10+5+5+5+5+20(BB) = 200kg (440lbs)
Shoulder press:
25+25+10+10+10+10+5+5+20(BB)=120kg (265lbs)
