Would a low dose of anavar (maybe 10mg/day?) be beneficial for a mid-distance runner?

It works great, have a friend who's a runner and she uses it at that dose. That would be a good dose/cycle for a female. If you're a male, it's best to run testosterone as a baseWould a low dose of anavar (maybe 10mg/day?) be beneficial for a mid-distance runner?
I’m on 75 mg test cyp/week. Is that a good baseline to run with the var?It works great, have a friend who's a runner and she uses it at that dose. That would be a good dose/cycle for a female. If you're a male, it's best to run testosterone as a base
That would suffice if you know that’s your base TRT doseI’m on 75 mg test cyp/week. Is that a good baseline to run with the var?
I wouldn’t follow the advice of “up test” if power to weight ratio is important in your discipline. If 75mg is working for you, add anavar (or winstrol) on top of that.Up test and/or throw var in at 20 - 40 mg for heavy training period.
What kinda mileage does your friend do?It works great, have a friend who's a runner and she uses it at that dose. That would be a good dose/cycle for a female. If you're a male, it's best to run testosterone as a base
Doesn’t make much sense to do it that way. Should be running test from the beginning if you’re going to go ahead and do it anyway.would it be okay to take testosterone E after my Anavar only cycle. Will I lose muscle mass doing it that way instead of stacking them together?
Judging by all 6 of your posts and the questions you posed, you aren't ready to begin using Testosterone. I'd highly advise against it until you further educate yourself.would it be okay to take testosterone E after my Anavar only cycle. What do you mean you get heavier ?If you’re just running and not doing supplemental training activities, there’s probably no use in taking steroids. You won’t be faster on them because you’ll be heavier, and once you stop them you’ll no longer be enhanced.
Yeah it’s more of a delay for me in the test because of finances lol but thanks mate.Doesn’t make much sense to do it that way. Should be running test from the beginning if you’re going to go ahead and do it anyway.
I was on testosterone from a clinic for 4 months but I got off of it because I couldn’t afford to keep making payments on it.. lol so I’ve been trying to find a way to get around that for nowJudging by all 6 of your posts and the questions you posed, you aren't ready to begin using Testosterone. I mean that all AAS (and testosterone) increase the capacity of the muscles to hold glycogen, creatine, and other nutrients (all to different extents). That extra stuff (plus the water it’s bound to), weighs something. What do you mean you get heavier ?
If you eat the same as before and var raises your metabolic rate you get leaner.
Anavar is a known dry steroid we are not talking deca.I mean that all AAS (and testosterone) increase the capacity of the muscles to hold glycogen, creatine, and other nutrients (all to different extents). That extra stuff (plus the water it’s bound to), weighs something.
As an example when I add 40 or 50mg of Deca to my TRT I gain 4kg. That’s not extra muscle is it? I haven’t just gained 4kg of muscle in a week or two, right? The same amount of muscle just weighs more.
In my experience, out of the compounds I’ve used, Nandrolone does this the most and Masteron does this the least. Anavar would be somewhere between the two extremes.
This is fine for a body builder but not an athlete interested in power to weight ratio. That’s one of the reasons why people in sports tend to use short acting compounds. They can leverage AAS for a specific training block and then have it out their system and excess weight gone in time to perform optimally.
Here’s an example: say I was competing at pull-ups (for instance). It would be the equivalent of giving myself a handicap by strapping a 4kg weight vest to myself. I’d obviously lose. Whereas if I had done all my training with 4 extra kilos (and crucially, taking advantage of the enhanced recovery AAS gives me) and then I competed 4kg lighter, I’ve just given myself an advantage.
I see your point and this being a forum i should probably also express my thought process so others can understand what i mean .I mean that all AAS (and testosterone) increase the capacity of the muscles to hold glycogen, creatine, and other nutrients (all to different extents).
