known fakes... How to ID fakes, Genotropin etc

eh guys,

thought there would be some good resources on this however none I could see.

so we know geno is often faked. apparently new boxes have updated Pfizer logo that may take some time for fakes to catch up on. along with stickers inside the dose clicker.

I am sure there are plenty of others so would be nice to have everything in one place for folks esp those who order from turkey china etc...

will need some old heads to chime in on this and IMO very important for harm reduction. heck even fake n95s were in hospitals so that shit can make its way into any grey/black market channels im sure.

So what's some other known fake pharma? and how do u tell?
 
I can only imagine getting bigger since shortages keep happening.

heck an established pharmacy chain in Mexico advertises fake brands on there website lol WILD... one thing carrying some...
 
Don’t know, can’t say i only know of the 5000 IUs amps, if you are in greece there is a chance they’re legit but other than that anyone is just shit out of luck, would not trust it, same for hella’s testosterone, i only trust greek sources for it, a lot of fakes of norma hellas’s test e.
 
Everyone underestimates the counterfeit industry because when you see the best counterfeits, you won't be able to identify them as such. New Genos and Rimos are all done already. ITS is useless.

Your best shot to identify quality counterfeits in person is the same way the Magic the Gathering community identifies especially counterfeits of older product: card(board)stock. I'm not talking about the print, disregard that, I'm talking about the texture of the cardboard of the box, the level of gloss, the feeling of both sides of the stock when compared to an original. These qualities can vary between manufacturing sites and interbatch, but usually not intrabatch, and getting the identical cardboardstock used by pharma companies without having insider information on their source is really difficult, as is emulating it.

The counterfeit industry in our business is sophisticated but not on the level of certain other industries that produce less quantity but higher quality counterfeits, and there's a lot to learn from them about attention to detail.
 
Come on fake Genos… really. Nearly all our sources here have them and every other pharma brand. How dare you. Lol

Counterfeits are way better money than original pharma and there's no rules on Meso RX and FR against selling them =

You guys ready for counterfeit Ozempic (all done) and Mounjaro (probably next year) pens? You better be because original pens are more scarce and more valuable than HGH pens and labtesting isn't going to help as much with these as with HGH.

Its is useless now? I have a ton of geno and nordinfrom Roidforsale expiring soon I wanna blast but not if it’s just water lol

Why not at the very least spend $60 and have a GH serum test done? It's kind of late to be checking igf-1 levels, if you've been running it because you don't have a Baseline to go off, but if the serum test comes back good, then you know for a fact you're not injecting water, and the truth is it's probably just as fucking good as human grade or a hair off.

Don't take this as me trying to be a smart ass, or offend you in any way brother, because I'm not. I was just trying to throw an idea out there.

GH serum is only done on boluses and UGL HGH can still spike GH serum.

I inject 10 iu of fake Genos test with Underground RHGH.

Results are

GH serum- 19 ng/mL
Ref- 0-10 ng/mL

I Inject 10 iu of genos. it was filled with real RHGH

GH serum- 20 ng/mL
Ref- 0-10 ng/mL



How do you distinguish the difference if its fake or real genotropin?

You might be able to have the vials tested for other compounds (eg, additives, excipients, etc) and compare with published ingredient list @janoshik

There should be a study on appearance of excipients in bloodstream but isn't for various GH preparations.

But no. You cannot distinguish pharma from UGL based on serum GH assay. In the future, probably yes. Maybe they'll start uniquely tagging their GH molecules for testing. I think they did something like that with Epo.
