Serious suggestion here, because I used to hate cardio of the same reason (boredom).None, I have embraced all the lifts I dislike but have not embraced the cardio. It finally cooled down in Texas the past couple of days so I might attempt to, when it’s 103 outside it ain’t much fun running outside. I don’t like staring at a glass pane when I run either. I need to get it in the routine though for medical reasons

Watch an exciting movie or TV show on your phone, so you forget what you are doing.
I watched Blackhawk Down recently - just about forgot that I was on an elliptical machine for the whole duration.
This is what I've experienced. I take a shot of gh go back to bed for an hour or so then do a 30 minute up./down hill walk on my land everyday. I truthfully hate it but I am in a much better moodI get up really early in the morning and go. I watch movies on my phone so that I forget what I am doing.
When I get home, it is dark, my family is still asleep. I get a shower and get ready for work. My wife gets the kids up, my eggs and oats are waiting for me on the table to have breakfast with the kids, and life is good.
I hate cardio, but I am always in a good mood after cardio - like sitting at breakfast happy with my kids and ready to tackle the day. Even my wife has commented on my mood. I have no idea why. Like I said, I really don't like doing it. I do it for health, mainly, and fat burning, secondarily.
