Just wondering which stack would put the most lean body mass (with the same diet, training & sleep)

If those stats you gave are correct it will do you wonders to work on your diet. Even if you are eating in a surplus it isn’t enough. Training may be an issue but clearly there isn’t enough macros being consumed.

The main focus of this forum is harm reduction. We wouldn’t be doing you a service if this isn’t pointed out. Until you fix the issue with taking in enough food, no amount of gear will make you grow. And large amounts of gear without enough food will just negatively affect your health.
You would probably be best with 500 test and 350 Deca and focusing on your macro consumption and training this next blast.
Tren will not help your case. You mentioned drinking milk to meet calories on Tren.
If you’re only 195 lbs at 6 feet you’re not eating enough food and high Tren will make that harder.
I know this isnt the response you want but it’s accurate and in your best interest.

I went from 155lbs to 195lbs in 5 cycles, I’m eating as well, got a surplus of 500 calories constantly with 230g of proteins, and recalculating my TDEE every 2 months or so.

Edit, also I started at 15% body fat, and my 195lbs are at 5-7% and right after using a diuretics for pictures, otherwise I’m more at 205-220 depending on the state (bulking, no diuretics, etc..)
 
I went from 155lbs to 195lbs in 5 cycles, I’m eating as well, got a surplus of 500 calories constantly with 230g of proteins, and recalculating my TDEE every 2 months or so.

Edit, also I started at 15% body fat, and my 195lbs are at 5-7% and right after using a diuretics for pictures, otherwise I’m more at 205-220 depending on the state (bulking, no diuretics, etc..)
Well that information changes it a little
I change my recommendation to 750 test/500 Deca
And eat more lol

Make a log. Weekly check ins. Pictures. Meals. Roids. Bloodwork....... go all in.

I would choose tren over deca, cuz I respond very bad to it. But then again perhaps too long for your planned cycle.

If I was looking for a moderate long term 6 months blast, I would choose Testosterone with Equipoise 300/300mg or 400/400mg. Diet and training are far more important than total amount of steroids. Also way less unnecessary/unwanted side effects.

I will do 9 months of bulk, 3 months of cut for a total of one year, and repeat that every years. I will do a log for sure, but it will be 1g of test w/400 tren, I want to try it.

I can't say I respond very bad to deca honestly, but it makes me bloated as fuck and the gains are still slow. For the sides I don't have anything.
