Where do you guys find all these different workout routines. Where would a good place online be to look. I’ve been doing a bro split for years and recently just switched to a ppl but also I’m curious to looking into a more advanced program

I usually do my own thing in the gym and go a lot by feeling my body out. But by doing that I definitely short myself some days and some workouts and I’m very aware of that. Curious to what some of the advanced plans would look like to what I’m doing.
