Where do you guys find all these different workout routines. Where would a good place online be to look. I’ve been doing a bro split for years and recently just switched to a ppl but also I’m curious to looking into a more advanced program
 
John meadows has some pretty cool programs. I’ve recently been using the RPstrength hypertrophy app and it’s been helpful. Paul carter has some pid programs as well. Never tan them but I like the stuff he puts out minus his persona.

I feel like if you’re wanting an advanced program surly you’ve learned enough about yourself by now to put together your own plan?
 
I usually do my own thing in the gym and go a lot by feeling my body out. But by doing that I definitely short myself some days and some workouts and I’m very aware of that. Curious to what some of the advanced plans would look like to what I’m doing.

We’ll look into John meadows programs. He has a ton and that will give you an idea of what HE considers “advanced”.
