Ultimate naivete. They absolutely know the USA, AUS, CAN, EUR et cetera laws with respect to these risks; hell, it's kind of the very reason for their massive profits versus similarly situated chemical manufacturing plants.
More likely is this was an important order and they used this sucker as a mule to leapfrog through Customs.
Hate to say it; but they're smarter than you give them credit for, and then, smarter than that, also.
See, smart people all kinda recognize one another pretty quickly, despite language and culture.
Lol, you didn't understand what I meant. I said they didn't care for the op's safety or the guy they doxxed because for there is no risk for them.
They decide to turn the guy a remailer rather than give him his orders and ship the extra he received to the right owners. They are compromising costumers safety in order to save more money.

Then why was the return address from their chino Ca warehouse fulfillment center. Tracking from day 1 was from there.
Once again, this was a full US domestic order. Even the packaging the peptides came in with the SKU, are domestic only. Imported kits don’t have those skews. They are numbered.
Why would they use me to peddle through a single kit of HCG

Are you saying it wasn't a substantial package of raws they had you forward on? Just a kit of hCG? If not the former, why did I think this? I think the booze is hitting me now.

No. Not a substantial pack of raws. It was a single kit of HCG. I wish a fat pack of raws showed up instead lol.
I’ve ordered from them many times, both intl and domestic. it was no doubt a US order mixup of some sort.
Edit: I also never forwarded this pack. I don’t ship stuff. Even just that one kit was a no-go for me.
I was born but I wasn’t born yesterday, If a large pack of raws showed up and they ask me to mail it myself.. yeah, no fing way.

Damn, that sucks. I've had some issues with QSC but never didn't get what I paid for.
Sometimes it took longer than expected.

For the amount I have ordered through them this was negligible. Typically they are very on point. It was maybe a 1/15 occurrence and in my favor, was a very cheap and small order.
I basically just paid double for a kit of hcg, so eh, ain’t mad. Just a poor experience similar to OP’s.
