i m agree with you for beta blockers, excepted for nebivolol, who has my preferenceOk so i was put on a beta blocker propanolol which was shit the side effects suck it takes away all your aggresion to the point where i wouldnt rage at all. I think it works by doing something with adrenaline but im not positive on that. Then they put on me an ACE inhibitor called lisanopril. so far its ok, I notice my rage has come back. But its not as effective at lowering my bp. I have a follow up and im going to try to get on telamasrtan. Seems like most guys say this one is good and ive researched it a lot and it has been really positive. You could also try going with a natural product that has arginine and citrulin in it depending on how high your bp is. My advice stay away from beta blockers.
Coreg is a good beta blocker. Doesn’t lower heart rate as much as metoprolol or propranolol. It has a greater bp lowering effect than propranolol or any other beta blocker. Most importantly it helps prevent lv remodeling, which is something every AAS user should be concerned with. For optimal cardio protective effects he can place you on both. Just monitor your bp daily or a couple of times per day.Ok so i was put on a beta blocker propanolol which was shit the side effects suck it takes away all your aggresion to the point where i wouldnt rage at all. Yo I got propranolol scripted for anxiety back in the day that I never used, ik it makes you feel tired n shit but did it work? (Also I’m aware of the rebound effect it can have on heart rate if one takes it for a while then stops so I never touched it) I’m just keeping it on hand in case I need it, that n guanfacine which is a BP med but I’m not sure tf it is useful for in our circles I’m just holdin on to em in case necessary but yeah from everything ik Telmisartan is the DOC for this kinda stuff most people agree on that n that’s rare for pretty much anything ahahOk so i was put on a beta blocker propanolol which was shit the side effects suck it takes away all your aggresion to the point where i wouldnt rage at all. Probably the cheapest n best thing some of us need to do a lot more of, shit back in Italy I used to walk everywhere n I did lots of cardio since I fought all the time (MMA BJJ Wrestling n Muay Thai) but since I moved to the states I just get cardio from walkin to the 7/11 n fkin gyals so I gotta definitely step my game up there cos yeah it’s boring but it’s fkin good for you (kinda like the vegetables of exercise now that I think bout it, but I like veggies way more than cardio, only thing I like bout cardio is the oxyd out feeling from the endorphins ahah)Cardio
I'm on 10mg amlodipine and 80mg valsartan. Seems to be doing the jobMy doctor prescribed me amlodipine besylate 5mg a day and I want to add telmisartan to be safe
propanolol has its uses. It definanlty helps with being able to sit still or lay still for a long time. It mellows me out way to much. Idk about you guys but I kind of like the rage feeling gear gives me. I just feel weird when I dont have that since im so used to being on test. But if you are restless or frigidity when watching tv or whatever it will help with that.Yo I got propranolol scripted for anxiety back in the day that I never used, ik it makes you feel tired n shit but did it work?
