I think in the pamphlet says with food, so i take it after my first meal with the other supps. Afaik it doesn't play a big role, although if you take half or full pill with emtpy stomach it may cause nausea. Google says to avoid taking it with alcohol and grapefruit juice.

It's fat soluble but I take it first thing in the morning fasted and I've not noticed a difference in my serum e2 whenever I get bloodwork. I used to be really anal about taking it with fat, but after like a year I stopped caring.

Has a half life of 24 hours, so much sooner than that.

Okay good. HCG aromatises a lot, much more so than testosterone. 500mg test alone and I need no AI. 300mg of test with 500IU HCG per week and I’ve gained about 3kg of water weight already, high BP and my ass feels like there’s an orange stuffed up there.
