When/if you have time would love to see your split and actual lifts you do. I get it’s different for everyone thanks for info nonetheless.Yeah don’t listen to the “fake gear” comments
Doubt you’re getting high enough intensity doing full body split workouts every other day. No one can assume without knowing (myself included) but that is not a good split for putting on mass at all imho.
3 kids and job doesn’t force a full body EoD split. There are better options for your goals even with a very limited time schedule
I say it’s a training/diet issue and not gear related at all.
Don’t run dbol and drol together
You need a lot more education it sounds like with training and gear
This is just constructive criticism and not trying to come off in a bad way but rather just giving my honest opinion based on the information you provided
Hope you get it sorted and good job putting the effort in with a family and busy schedule, that’s already more than most do.
Thanks for responding appreciate you. I train intensely… just not heavy. My mind says I can my body says no lol. As for eating I’m that guy who’s scared to get fat. And yes I know without calories you’re just spinning your wheels. Anyway again appreciate the positive feedbackHow are you tracking your calories? You need to find your TDEE and evaluate what you should be consuming.
Drop the orals and run test. Based on your post history kudos on the weight loss. You may not be training intensely enough based on your previous injury and how much you’ve healed as well. Caloric surplus + intensity will yield gains.
See the above posts. I don’t think more AAS is the answer. Too many variables we need to know to help.
You should gain weight in a caloric surplus. Whether fat or muscle. It is atleast nutrition related for sureThanks for responding appreciate you. I train intensely… just not heavy. you do also eat little to nothing and take little to nothing PED wise ;>Taking 300mg test weekly
40 mg dbol oral daily
20 mg anadrol oral Daily
Haven’t gained a pound or strength
Eating 3000 calories a day
Help
There's studies showing you will literally gain lean tissue on aas without training. Just saying. The problem with not growing is never gear related. We can grow without gear if training stimulates growth and diet is in a calorie surplus with required macros being met.
If someone is on gear and not growing it is because they either are not stimulating growth or they are not consuming the required macros.
Agree with this. The dbol and adrol would cause a significant amount of water retention, and this would occur fairly quickly given the relatively short half lives, and there absolutely would be strength gains, even if eating in a calorie deficit with a less than optimal diet.If you havent gained any wieght or strength at all your gear is for sure bunk.
Yes, I understand your point, and while there is truth to that the OP admittedly, doesn’t train heavy, and admittedly, doesn’t eat enough that coupled with a less than ideal training regiment for growth will cause no growth on its own, whether on AAS or not on AASThere's studies showing you will literally gain lean tissue on aas without training. Just saying.
OP you wouldn't be the first to complain about Driada gear, both on here and off... Never used them myself so I can't comment.
Get bloods done and see where your levels are at.
Doses are very moderate IMO. If I was you, I would pick one oral and up the dose on that and the test, and bump up calories.
Your gunna need more than 300mg of Test and 3000cals mate.. Drop the orals and ramp test to 500-600mg, you will be feeling this after 3 weeks.. Up your calories and make sure you only count complete protein sources..
The problem is not the dose.
You have fake gear 100%. This isnt a monster scale by any measure BUT it is enough to see good/great gains, especially for a newbie, even doing ANY kind of workout. Just in water weight you should have gained a few pounds. Find a reliable source. Do your blood tests, too, if tou need proof positive your gear is fake.Taking 300mg test weekly
40 mg dbol oral daily
20 mg anadrol oral Daily
